• Fantastic tour with lots of information on ancient and contemporary Turkey

  My family and I had a fantastic two day tour with Selcuk. The first day we visited Ephesus as well as the House of Mother Mary, the Bey Mosque and the temple of Artemis. The second day, Selcuk gave us a city tour of Izmir, looking at the archaeological sites there as well as more contemporary sites. Throughout the whole trip Selcuk was amazing and gave us loads of information about the history of Turkey, their people, and culture. He was also a great host and catered for our personal needs and helped us out buying gifts for family at home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Turkey. Thank you Seljuk!

  Selcuk was so knowledgeable and entertaining. He is a wealth of knowledge. I really felt like I learned a lot about Turkish history, and had a great time doing it.

  

• Wonderful tour and seamless airport transfers

  We did all our airport transfers in turkey and full day tour of Ephesus, sirince village and mary's shrine with our guide s selcuk. He was a wonderful guide, knew when to speak and how much. He was very well informed and always mindful of our groups needs as we had a lots of kids with us. Also our airport transfers were seamless. Their partner in cappadoccia was alao very very good. Overall I highly recommend Selcuk and Explore Ephesus by Local Guides. I will definitely recommend my friends and families who are travelling to Turkey. Also all of their vehicles were of the highest quality

  iSelcuk was awesome !! have him take you to the pottery area owned by a family !! we also visited a candy store which offered sweet treats and different oils . loved the amber oil . i definitely recommend this tour and selcuk as a tour guide guide !!

  He not only showed us Ephesus but provided a lot of background about Turkey and took us to a nice candy store (free samples!) and a wonderful pottery shop.

  Selcuk was amazing!! His knowledge of the history and culture was wonderful. He and his driver were very friendly and accommodating. He could teach a class on Turkish history. We highly recommend this tour.

  Selcuk is a knowledgeable, experienced tour guide and overall good person! He navigated both traffic and attraction lines expertly….timing our arrival to minimize wait times. He taught us so much about Turkey, not just the region we were visiting. He shared just enough information to really draw us in but not so much that we were overwhelmed. Really, a perfect tour experience. We would highly recommend him to anyone visiting Turkey and all the incredible historic sites of this beautiful country.
