If the pickup is from the airport we keep monitoring your flight, you will receive a message with the driver's contact number. You are eligible for 30 minutes of free waiting time based on the actual flight arrival (airport pickup) for domestic flights, or 60 minutes for International flights. Once you are ready to leave the airport, you should call him or call us to pull over to the curbside with the name sign on the car window. I have been using jetblack every year for my trips to NYC....maybe 8 yrs now. I also have continued referring colleges to this service. Jetblack has friendly drivers that are accommodating. Always on time and safe for women traveling alone.

Our driver was on point. I scheduled our pickup for 1/2 hour after we landed, and we landed early. He knew that and called my cell within minutes of the plane landing. He left a VM and called again to f/u once we were at baggage claim. Once we picked up our bags, I called him to decide the precise pickup point. So easy and seamless. Right on, jetblack !!!

I do not recommend this private transfer company . We booked a luxury Sedan but got a regular sedan ( And it definitely was not immaculate ) zero frills — should not be called luxury !!! i would do uber black luxury suv for half the price!!!

The driver was not at the meeting point. I was also charged a part extra to make sure the driver would wait at the landing. We waited for a few minutes and took a taxi. When contacting the company later, they said it could not refund because it was cancelled with less than 24 hours. But there was no cancellation, there was no one to pick me up.

I honestly can not say enough good things about this company! I was travelling with a group of 24 and they were amazing to work with. From the first contact of just asking questions, to the support leading up to the trip, to the amazing drivers who where so friendly and fabulous, to the return trip all of the staff were professional, friendly and simply awesome!! Will definitely be using them again when in NYC!!

Mr Singh was terrific! He was ready for us despite our plane and bags arriving early. His Volvo SUV was clean and roomy for 3 adults and baggage. He was a competent, safe and efficient driver. Communication was great throughout the entire trip from booking to payment. We will book our return trip with Jet Black!
