Jaisalmer, also called the "Golden City," is the desert city in Rajasthan. It looks like a massive sandcastle rising from the sandy plains like a mirage from a bygone era. Magnificent Jaisalmer Fort has a live urban center with about 3000 people residing within its walls. Visit the ancient temples and take a sunset camel safari on the Sam Sand Dunes followed by the live entertainment music of local folk performers.

Our guide took us on a wonderful full day tour of Jaisalmer, showing us beautiful sites and explaining the deep history and culture behind the city. The desert camel ride at the end of the tour was incredible. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants the real Jaisalmer experience!

Bhupibhati was our tour guide.Despite our flight cancellation he was able to accommodate us and catch up on the time we had lost the day before in two half days.He showed us beautiful Jaisalmer, took us on a beautiful sunset camel ride, showed us beautiful art work and finally we needed some last minute extra cash,..he found us a place with the best exchange rate . We had a great full day tour of Jaisalmer and the Thar desert dunes. Our tour guide, Bhupi, was very kind and knowledgeable, which made the visit to the temples and havelis. He was very flexible to tailor the experience to our needs and wants. All in all a great experience.

We had a wonderful experience with Bhupendra Ji. His excellent knowledge of history, culture, and religious traditions really made the tour so much more interesting. He is also very well connected throughout the area so we were very well taken care of throughout the day. The camel safari was the highlight of our tour as our kids had a blast. Would highly recommend this tour for anyone - Jaisalmer is not an easy city to get around and having someone like Bhupendra Ji is a must.

Camel ride on the sand dunes is memorable one. Overall city site seeing and Hospitality by the crew was very heartening. It was a wonderful trip with a personal touch by the guide Ghanshyam ji and the driver Mushtaq.

Favorite part of the visit were sand dunes, war museum and lunch. We were taken very good care of by our guide Ghansham ji. He was very knowledgeable about history of Jaiselmer. Also was flexible to accommodate our wishes like shopping, tasty pan etc. A memorable experience overall

The guide explained everything well. He was very helpful in finding an alternate hotel for us with heating. He was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. It was not clear if the tour was extensive for full day tour and if worth and covered everything that it was supposed to.

Ganu was awesome as a tour guide. Very knowledgeable and thorough. The tour group is excellent and very accommodating. Highly recommended if you want to know any thing about Jaisalmer and Rajasthan.

Our guide Jay did an amazing job by walking us through Jaisalmer and its history. He kindly share specific details on each spot we visited. He was born in Jaisalmer and lives here with his family so he knows deep history of the city. Always took pictures of the crew even without asking me. He allowed us to spend time around the fort and take some snacks to relax before going to the desert. I truly recommend to take the tour and request for Jay when doing it.
