• Amazing Private Tour! The highlight of our trip!

  This was our first trip to the Grand Canyon and I searched for hours online for different tours and activities. I’m so thankful we booked with this company- Chris (the owner) and Kristen (our guide) were amazing from beginning to the end. A few days before our trip Chris jumped on a call with me and helped me figure out what we should do the day before our private tour so we didn’t overlap the places we’d be going. On the day of our tour, Kristen picked us up from our hotel and was incredible. She is clearly an expert on the area and took us to all the best spots- many that most of the tourists didn’t know about so there weren’t overly crowded. We ended our trip with dinner at El Tovar which was so nice, and Kristen walked us in to check us in and then came back in to get us. I wasn’t expecting them to pay for our entrees but that was such a nice touch on top of making the reservations for us. Over all, she took great care of us and was a great guide. It sure beats doing to the shuttles from stop to stop on your own (which we did that morning on our own). This took all the stress out of to the experience for us and I highly recommend booking with them!

  This tour is excellent. Chris was so knowledgeable and friendly. He arrived promptly for the tour and was professional the entire day. We greatly enjoyed our sunset tour! I would not hesitate to book this tour.

• Great way to experience the Grand Canyon

  We did two tours with Grand Canyon Journeys (Sedona and Grand Canyon) and we loved them both! We had 12 people ranging in age from 9 to 82 and they took us out in two vans on two separate days. Chris and Chris were very knowledgeable about the area and had interesting stories to share along the way. It was great having someone drive us to the Grand Canyon so we didn’t have to navigate the switchback roads in the dark. The dinner at the lodge was fantastic and even though it rained for a bit they made sure we still had a great time. We got so many great pictures. I highly recommend this tour!

  Chris was an amazing tour guide. We saw it all! Views were incredible. We all learned a ton about the history. This trip is super personalized and felt like we had a friend showing us the sights.

  This was one of the best travel tours we have ever been on as a family! Chris is an excellent host, knows all the great spots in the park, and shared some fascinating history and knowledge about the park and its surrounding land. He drove us around in a very comfortable van, with plenty of seating, and had plenty of snacks and drinks. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see the park! The sunset on the day we went was absolutely gorgeous, showing the Grand Canyon in brilliant oranges and reds!

  What a well run tour. We were on the small group sunset Grand Canyon tour with our incredible guide Steve. He was so energetic and knowledgeable. He entertained us with his wit and knowledge of the area. He is a brilliant guy. The tour was nicely organized with three 30 minute viewing pints and an hour stop on the Canyon trim trail at sunset. I a, a pretty picky traveler and have had numerous tour guides all over the world and Steve was probably the best. You will have an enjoyable day with this tour company.

  Well worth it! We were a group of 8 including four kids, and we all had an amazing time with Chris. He was so knowledgeable and taught us a ton on the drive up. He also timed the trip perfectly to show us the Grand Canyon from multiple vantage points and to catch the sunset from a beautiful spot. Dinner at El Tovar was a great way to end the day. If you’re looking for a personalized experience and a great way to maximize one day at the canyon, look no further!!

  This tour was amazing. Nina was a great guide and was extremely knowledgable. We all learned a lot from her, even some creative new ways to use an I-phone The sunset was perfect that evening, dinner was great and then she even let us do some star-gazing which was incredible.   Fabulous stops and the guide was knowledgeable and friendly. We had at least 6 different views of the GC and our guide took our photo each time. The van was very comfortable and had lots of space. Chris was willing to work with us and personalize the tour when we were booking.

  My husband and I went to the Grand Canyon for the first time. Chris was a phenomenal tour guide. So knowledgeable and engaging. He wanted to ensure we had a good experience, even though the weather was not the best on our day. So he monitored the live cameras the next day as well, and texted to let us know exactly where to go to see everything we’d missed on the day of our tour! We were so appreciative. Our experience at the Grand Canyon was exceedingly positive, and all thanks to Chris!
