Guatemala city's airport and Antigua are connected by an excellent highway (30 Mls). The drive normally takes 1 hour but it will depend on traffic conditions. Be safe and comfortable by booking your private transportation to Antigua with us. Our driver will be expecting for you right out the passengers exit. He will have a sign with your name or the text of your preference. We are in constant monitoring of our team´s health. The driver will respect social distancing and he will be wearing face mask and shield at all time. For your own safety, we do NOT operate collective shuttles. A van or a bus is exclusively assigned for the group of passengers you´ve booked, You will NOT share the vehicle with people you don´t know. Each vehicle is sanitized prior every transportation service. For your peace of mind, our driver might disinfect again in front of you the areas you may have contact with, such as trays, seats, safety belts and handles. . According to Guatemalan laws all passengers must wear face masks on board vehicles and at public areas. Luggage is handled by many people at any terminal, this might be a source of contagion. The diver will sanitize your lugagge before putting it into the van. Optional, shoe soles may be sanitized as well. Once you´re in the vehicle, hand sanitizer will be always available. In case of delays, all flights are tracked online, so please make sure to send your flight information. Every vehicle is GPS monitored and our drivers are well trained, responsible and with a lot of experience to make your private travel more pleasant.

5.00Unfortunately, I was unable to make this ride. My flight was delayed and missed my connecting flight. I gave the agency a 10 hours notice that I would be delayed a day, they provided a refund instantly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, they were already sold out for the following day so I had to find another ride, however, that is by no ways their fault. I appreciated their prompt refund.

5.00Really convenient transfer from Guatemala City to Antiqua! The operator sent me a picture and detailed description of the area where we were going to meet our driver at the airport prior to our departure date which was extremely helpful!! We unfortunately hit rush hour traffic leaving the city, but our driver was very patient as we slowly made our way to the hotel! The car was comfortable with plenty of space for our luggage. We used this service as 2 ladies in our mid 20s, and felt safe the entire time.

3.00The transfer itself was smooth and the ride was comfortable overall. However, the car was not clean and did not match the level of cleanliness described in the listing, which was disappointing. Aside from that, everything else was fine and the service was decent.

5.00Our driver Rene waited patiently for us to go through customs which took a long time as we could not access the QR code at the airport due to unavailable WiFi. Rene was a cautious, safe, friendly, helpful driver that went out of his way to make sure we were delivered safely despite all the rain and flooded streets in ANTGUA on our particular arrival day. Yes, I would highly recommend Viator.
