Your Driver/guide will pick you up at hotel lobby or cruise port in Ocho Rios at 8:00 am or 30 mins after your ship dock. Get comfortable and enjoy the scenery on the ride to Kingston in a fully air- conditioned van, passing through the rain forest of Fern Gully on the way. First stop is the Tuff Gang recording studio where Bob Marley's recorded most of his songs. Next stop is the Bob Marley Museum Upon arrival, immerse yourself in the life and times of Bob Marley, whom many consider to be the father of reggae music. Embark on a guided tour of the Theater Exhibition Hall and the Main House. All original rooms have been preserved and remain just as they were when Bob inhabited the premises. See Marley memorabilia such as costumes belonging to the legend's backup singers and an array of Platinum and Gold records. Walk through his bedroom and his personal recording studio; see his favorite clothing and his Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award. See a life-size hologram of Bob from the One Love Peace Concert in 1978. During your tour, your guide will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about Bob Marley and his music. After a swing through the open-air produce market, spend some time at Emancipation Park, brief drive through the city of Kingston. Head back to Ocho Rios for drop-off to your hotel, villas or ship port.

I was on a Carnival cruise and had pre-booked this tour from Ocho Rios to Kingston. Although the ship was only going to be in port for one day, I really wanted to go to Kingston, the capital, seeing that it was my first visit to Jamaica and seeing that Marvyn's Paradise offered this tour with the guarantee of getting back to the cruise ship on time. This for me was like a "VIP" tour because I was cruising solo and was the only guest on this tour! My driver Kenneth was a wonderful tour guide! The journey to Kingston took me through the beautiful, verdant Fern Gully, also passing by some residential areas and farm lands, onto the Edward Seaga Highway, and seeing splendid scenery all along. Kenneth pointed out many highlights along the way. In Kingston I had a thorough visit of the Bob Marley museum (the main highlight!) and was shown other attractions such as Devon House, Emancipation Park and a few others. I only wish I had more time in Kingston but that would have required at least two more days! I was very happy with what I was able to see in the time I was there. Thank you very much for providing the service and special thanks to Kenneth the driver!

My fiance and I booked this tour to primarily go to the Bob Marley Museum but what we got was so much more. It started with an AMAZING scenic private tour from Ocho Rios to Kingston. We stopped at the BEAUTIFUL Emancipation Park and had ice cream at Devon House. I've been on tours through Ocho Rios several times and never had I seen the sites like the Fern Gully. Our driver and guide extraordinaire was Mr. T. We couldn't ask for a better tour guide. We even stopped to shop & pick up Jerk Chicken on the way back from the museum. I HIGHLY recommend booking this tour and requesting Mr. T. You will not be disappointed!
