  We were put in contact with Cokey to make arrangements and discuss meeting time. He is flexible and knowledgeable, we had un unexpected situation ( road blocked) which he handled really great. He knows soo much about the history of Bandung, we not only saw a lot but learned a lot too. Great to have Cokey as our guide!

  If you’re visiting Bandung and want a wonderful, safe, and truly enjoyable experience, I can’t recommend Mr. Budi enough. Mr. Budi took us on a one-day Kawah Putih tour, and from start to finish, everything was handled with care, professionalism, and genuine warmth. He was punctual, calm, and incredibly knowledgeable about the area—sharing insights along the way without ever making the trip feel rushed or commercial. If you’re looking for someone reliable, friendly, and thoughtful to show you around Bandung, Mr. Budi is the person to go with. I would happily recommend him to friends, family, or anyone planning a visit. A great guide truly makes a great trip—and this was one of them.

  Friendly guide, who gives you a relaxing day. She listen and acts on your needs. Also a good driver in a nice clean car. We loved the experience

• Unforgettable Ciwidey Tour

  In Dec 2025, we booked Alavia Tour to bring us around Ciwidey as it’s our first time there. We went to Kawah Putih, Sunan Ibu, Rancaupas Deer Conservation Center, Rengganis suspension bridge, keranjang sultan & hot spring, and a strawberry farm. Our tour guide was Regina who is very friendly & very fit! She’s very patient to answer all our questions & shows us amazing photo spots. She also introduced us to the very tasty boiled duck eggs at the hot spring. Even though it started raining in the late morning & throughout the day, she made sure that we get to visit all those places. She even called in to the strawberry farm to ensure that it stays open upon our arrival. My sons were so happy that they managed to pick strawberries even in the drizzle, thanks to Regina. We’re glad that we’ve chosen Alavia Tour to bring us around & we’ll definitely choose them again. A big thank you to Regina for giving us a day full of unforgettable memories!

  To see the white volcanic lake and to experience the sulphur in the air was so interesting. Then the hot springs were a real calming treat to submerge into the hot water and float enjoying the calm. The mud bath was another very interesting experience. The mud was so hot so applying it was therapeutic and fun as we would scoop some mud and wait for it to cool in our hands before applying. We had a lot of laughs. Our guide Ega was wonderful. He was informative, a safe driver and he gave us lots of tips for things to do on our stay in Bandung.

  We did a private tour with Adis, he was amazing the whole time, very informative and fun to chat to. Lovely tour, recommend it highly.

  My friend and I had a wonderful time on the tour. Even though the weather was rainy and quite cold, visiting the crater was an unforgettable experience. With the fog, the crater had a mysterious, almost mystical atmosphere. It felt like being on another planet! We also enjoyed strolling through the tea plantations, which were incredibly quiet and peaceful. Our guide, Adis, showed us many beautiful spots that were less crowded, places we definitely would have missed without him. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and flexible throughout the trip. We are happy with the experience and would highly recommend this tour to every nature lover out there.

  Our driver and guide Steven had a lot of general knowledge regarding the history and interesting beauty spots in and around Bandung Indonesia. Is a very laid back, friendly guy that you quickly feel comfortable and safe with in the car. The white crater and the walk to it is very nice.   We had an amazing day with our guide Adis! This tour is one of best we have ever experienced. In reality the views were even more breathtaking than seen in the pictures. Adis is very nice guy and well informered. His English is fluent and he provided very comfortable airconditioned transportation. Thanks Adis for a great day!
