5.00⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Tour Guide – Resourceful and Accommodating! We had an amazing experience thanks to our tour guide. Ega was incredibly resourceful, finding the best spots (Kampung Daun) and smooth solutions (Rumah Mode) even when plans changed unexpectedly. What really stood out was his accommodating nature — he made sure everyone was comfortable and tailored the itinerary to suit our interests. His local knowledge, warm personality, and professionalism made the trip truly memorable. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a well-organized and enjoyable tour experience!

5.00We had the most wonderful experience with our guide, Ega! He was so kind, accommodating, and genuinely caring throughout the entire day. We also had great company, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Besides the itinerary provided, Ega took us to a lovely local village where we got to experience authentic local life, and we stopped for coffee at a beautiful spot with breathtaking views. It was such a beautiful day, and we’re so grateful to Ega for making it special. Highly recommended!

When we finished we were just like a group of friends, so satisfied with the rich program, the beautifuld scenes and the different experience. There is not a single negative thing to say about this day. And no better guide than Ega

5.00My family and I had such an incredible experience with Alavia Tours exploring the Southern highlights of Bandung. Every stop was beautiful — from the otherworldly White Crater and the breathtaking views at Sunan Ibu, to the endless tea plantations and the Rengganis Suspension Bridge (I was terrified but it was amazing - and to my own amazement made it all the way across!). The Hot Springs were very relaxing and perfect for our tired feet. We even got to enjoy a delicious traditional Indonesian lunch with the most delicious peanut sauce! Our guide Regina was absolutely wonderful — so friendly, knowledgeable, and she really went out of her way to make the day special for us. Communication with the Alavia team before the tour was also excellent, everything was smooth and well-organized. I’d highly recommend Alavia Tours to anyone visiting Bandung. It was such a memorable day and a perfect way to see the best of the region!

5.00Our guide Cokey was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We had a fantastic day and Cokey went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. The day was well organised with good stops and plenty of time to take in the beautiful scenery as we toured the different sites. Cokey also listened to our thoughts and feelings and added in information and stops he felt would be enjoyable to us. I would recommend Cokey and Alavia to everyone visiting Bandung!

5.00Today Steven took me for a day trip to the white crater, tea fields and hot springs. His knowledge of the city of Bandung, the region and the surrounding area was great.

5.00This was such a fun tour! Our guide was Steven and he was so wonderful! There is an outline of activities that is discussed early on but you can adjust the itinerary as needed based on what you’re looking for or what you’re able to do. Just keep in mind that admission fees and parking is not included! I booked the tour last minute but they were so great at communicating quickly and efficiently. Steven was so fun and made us feel really comfortable the entire time and gave us great information, education and tips for our trip. He was also open to stopping for anything if we saw or wanted to do something. I only wish we had more time in Indonesia to book and schedule more with them.

5.00Steven was a great tourguide! He showed us what we wanted to see and had lots of interesting information to tell. His english is very good as well. Sadly we had a lot of rain during the day as it is raining season.

5.00It was a nice day trip… The driver/guide was super nice and helpful… Took us to the white crater, strawberry farm, the brig de, the hot springs and a nice spot for lunch. Really happy!
