  Mrs Regina is so sweet. I’m on a work trip and travel alone during this weekend. I’m so happy Regina is my tour guide, she’s very caring, protective, great knowledge of the local culture, safe driving and just comfortable to travel with overall as a girl solo traveling. I feel I’m traveling with family ❤️Highly recommend.

  We had an amazing trip with Adis ad our guide, he accomodated everything to our needs and also taught us a lot about both indonesian culture and the places we were visiting. Would definitely recommend going on this trip!!

  

  

  

• Amazing & great tour of Kawah Putih and nearby sites

  One of the best tour we have taken in Indonesia. It was for White crater and surrounding areas. Agency Alavia Tour was very kind and all itinerary was transparent. Our Guide Mr. Steven was very punctual, welcoming and dynamic. We took Private tour from Padalarang Bandung Whoosh station to Kawah Putih and Sunan Ibu and Rengganis Suspension Bridge. He had given us total insight of nature around this area, history of the places. His knowledge about local woods, trees, surrounding was outstanding. We had experienced an astonishing view of the crater from the top (2343 M). Mr.Steven took us thru a natural walking route and it was also one of the best experience. While return, we experienced heavy rains, but Mr.Steven navigated car safely through that too.

  Possibly the best tour I have been on before. Our tour guide Ega was fantastic. Not only is his English perfect but he was so kind and knowledgeable and knew all the good spots to go. Would recommend taking this tour!

  We had such a wonderful time on this trip! Our guide, Adis, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond showing us wonderful views and hidden spots along the way! His English is phenomenal and he explained local legends behind the places and gave us more context which was great! The white crater is well worth the visit and definitely worth the visit to the top to view it from above! The suspension bridge and hot baths are amazing! In terms of tips - I would recommend wearing walking shoes, taking rain gear (it didn’t rain on us, but best to be prepared) and taking swimmers/towels for the hot baths.

  Our guide, Steven, was early and picked us up from our hotel. He was very accommodating to customise the itinerary. He ensured that the tour was comfortable and age-appropriate for us. His patience and attentiveness made the experience smooth and enjoyable.

  We had an absolutely incredible day with Adis. He picked us up at 8 am and we chatted the whole way! We stopped at a cafe in a cute town where we had breathtaking views over a beautiful village. We then went to our first crater and Adis went above and beyond and took us to the peak of the crater, the view was amazing!! We also got to go there on ground level too. Our next stop was lunch in a local Indonesian restaurant and then went in some tea plantations. Also got to pick strawberries, try a Dutch eggplant and made our way to the hot springs where Adis showed us around and left us to it to enjoy. This was honestly one of the best experiences we have had with the perfect balance of alone time and time with our lovely guide. Thank you so much Adis, this is a core memory for sure :). 100000000% recommend

  I had an amazing experience today and I’m truly happy to share my full review here. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cokey is extremely accommodating, friendly, and very understanding. His patience is exceptional, and he communicates very well in English, which made everything smooth and stress-free for us. Earlier today, I actually missed my train ticket in Jogja and had to cancel some bookings, which affected my hotel reservation in Bandung. When I finally realized that the day I cancelled was the exact day we needed to stay, I panicked because I suddenly had no hotel booking at all. Even during that stressful moment, Cokey never left us. Instead, he stayed with us the entire time, helped us search for a new hotel, and personally drove us until we were safely checked in. He even helped us re-schedule our train and made sure we were okay before he left. His kindness, generosity, and genuine care went far beyond what we expected. Thank you so much, Cokey.   Did a White Crater tour with Alavia in Bandung. I had a good experience. The tour was well organized, picked up on time. My guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. They knew their tour very well and helped you to avoid the crowd as much as they can. I highly recommend Alavia Tour.
