Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau

Auschwitz was the main and most famous of the six concentration and extermination camps established by Germany to implement the Final Solution policy, which aimed at the mass murder of European Jews. It was built in German-occupied Poland, initially as a concentration camp for Poles, later also for other nationalities. To get to know the place, it is necessary to visit both parts of the former camp - Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau. We have to spend about 2 hours to stay in Auschwitz and about 1 hour to Birkenau.

Admission Card: Entry tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable. Please make a thoughtful decision when selecting the date and time.
Number of people: 3 tickets included. Booking for a larger number of people is possible. An additional charge of €30 applies per extra person.
Duration: 7 hours: In total with round-trip transportation Kraków - Aushwitz - Kraków

The best personal tour experience we have had. Oskar made everything from booking forward easy. Our pre-arrival communications were clear and timely. On the day of our visit our pick up was smooth the ride was comfortable and quick. Oskar helped us navigate the entry and made sure we had what we needed throughout the day. He was kind and considerate. Our ride back to Krakow was great. We were so impressed with the experience and will be back!! Thank you for making our experience memorable!

Excellent service!! Oskar did his best to arrange everything to our liking. Even got some glutenfree snacks for me, since I am celiac. The ride from the hotel was wonderful with Ola. We felt so pampered! Great tour! Would definitely recommend!

Going to Auschwitz is so much easier with a driver and guide. In all the grind of our previous travels, it was nice to just have someone else take care of us and always point us in the right direction. We so appreciated Oskar and his wife Aleksandra for all their help in our Auschwitz and Birkenau tours. They are the best even with taking us for really good Polish sausage in the woods on the way back to our hotel!

Oskar was amazing. We had an issue with a last minute booking and he went above and beyond to help me get last minute tickets. He told me it didn't happen often (so keep your expectations low), but...it did happen. Oskar called ahead and sent a team to the museum. He had great follow up and I am really grateful. This tour is sobering and tough to get through, but everyone should do it to really understand the scale of the horror. Thank you Oskar and team!

Oskar arranged everything at very short notice and the whole tour went like clock work. He also arranged a separate tour to the salt mine. It was a 5 star service all round!

We chose to splash out and have private travel for this trip. Oskar picked us up at our apartment at the given time. It was a very comfortable car. Oskar was very helpful. He was happy to answer questions regarding the trip and also about anything else. He was very kind to supply snacks and water and comfort breaks were not a problem. Oskar left nothing to chance. He ushered us through the reception of the trip and was waiting for us as it ended. He made a difficult day as easy as possible.

Oskar was fantatsic, well organised and communicating to make sure we had the best experience possible. He had a tough task of getting tickets at short notice and managed it. Then proceeded to make sure the whole day ran smoothly, addressing all out needs including low carb diet. Oskar was pivotal in making the weekend experience unique - highly recommend and will be using him again for the salt mines

Oskar was very very helpful, he went above and beyond necessary and made the day even better. We thoroughly enjoyed having a private transfer, he had a comfy and clean car for the journey.
