Szentendre is a Mediterranean gem in the Danube Bend with a beautiful promenade next to the river and a nice pedestrian old town-center full of handicraft shops, cafés and restaurant. The place is full of history and art.
Visegradi Fellegvar
The Beautiful medieval Citadel is impressively looking down onto the Danube Bend. This castle was the favourite residency of Hungarian Kings from medieval times. Travellers can find a unique medieval experience here, an astonishing view and also an interesting museum. Admission is included. In the Winter time the castle and the panoramic terrace is open biz the innercastle exhibitions are closed, only open on Friday-Saturday-Sunday. dec. 01. - dec 23. Friday, Saturday. 5.00We had an enjoyable experience. Richard our tour guide/driver was polite and professional. The tour was well organized starting from our pre tour communications. He’s also very accommodating with pick up and drop off arrangement. The towns were charming. It helped that we went earlier in the morning, just ahead of the crowd. Highlight of the tour was the view of the Danube bend at Visegrad. It's simply spectacular on a sunny day. We were glad that we could spend a few delightful and memorable hours outside of Budapest during our short stay. I highly recommend this private tour.

5.00Our guide was good a little bit quiet, but very knowledgeable. We enjoyed walking around Saint Andrews village and churches with all the historical information our guide gave us. The Tour of the ancient Council ruins was also very impressive.

5.00The town portion is adorable. We went early and not all the shops were open. I highly recommend taking this tour but just a little later in the day. Visagrad is an amazing site and there’s a perfect view.
