There is no entry fee for this tour, as it is a night panoramic experience and sightseeing venues do not offer entrance after 18:00.

Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center

We spend here about 20 minutes in front of the Cultural center to observe the night view of this beautiful place and take picture in front of "I Love Baku". As this is a night tour, Heydar Aliyev Cultural Centre is closed at that time and we will have only outside activity here with explanation.
