I traveled with my 83yo mom and mother-in-law. The tour guide was so kind when we visited the Orchid Botanical gardens! He pushed my mom's wheelchair so that I could take pictures and enjoy the beautiful scenery. What a kind and generous soul! The moms LOVED everything they saw and adored shopping in the gift shop :)

I went on the Private Half Day Singapore City Tour with the tour guide named Loh. He really did a good job. We saw some of the sights of Singapore. I discussed with him what I was interested in seeing as I had already a couple days before been on a couple Singapore City Tours. I told Viator Tours I was interested in a low car for the tour due to a recovering knee. He treated me well as an adult and seemed interested in my life in the United States. He was knowledgeable and flexible. I have been on four Viator Tours the last couple years and three of the four were good. I did have an experience with Viator in the past when I couldn't get refunded for a tour I did not go on.

I’m not usually impressed by ‘flowers’ but this tour in the orchid garden was really cool not to mention our stops in other historic places. Our guide spoke good English and was very courteous. Perfect first day in Singapore!

Jon was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and receptive to what we wanted to see and do. He highlighted sections of the Botanical Gardens and walked us through with full explanations of its history and future. The van was spotless and comfortable. We highly recommend this trip and Jon.

We had a fantastic tour with Alex, who was incredibly friendly, polite, and thoughtful throughout. He guided us through the National Orchid Garden, Merlion Park, Little India, and Chinatown, always ready with interesting insights and even an umbrella when needed. Alex pointed out local gems like the Michelin-starred Hawker Chan and a top-notch 1950s-style coffee stand. He was extremely knowledgeable and made every stop smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
