Far from the tourist crowds, the river canyons offer the perfect setting for paddleboarding. The towering walls, reaching up to 15 meters above us, create an intimate and secluded atmosphere, making this adventure truly unique.

As we navigate the canyons, we'll observe the diverse wildlife and even jump from the cliffs into the crystal-clear water. At the end of the canyon, we'll take a break to savor a delicious snack and soak in the magnificent surroundings.

We will begin our paddleboarding adventure by meeting at our base in the center of Bovec where we will introduce ourselves over a warm cup of coffee. Once we are acquainted, we will provide you with all the equipment necessary for our excursion. We will then start our journey south towards the emerald Lake Most na Soči. The route takes us through the historical towns of Kobarid and Tolmin and will take approximately 40minutes. When we arrive, we will get to know our equipment and practice paddling techniques. Do not fear, anybody can do it! We will start slowly by kneeling down and then gradually progressing to the standing pose. After we're all comfortable standing up we will start the journey over the lake and then up the canyons. Upon reaching the impassable river stream, we will take a break on a beautiful beach and have a little snack. Well rested we will enjoy our journey back to the start point and then back to Bovec. By the time we are finished, you will know how to paddle like a professional and you will have a great experience to share with your friends and family.

Perfect experience with the perfect group. I had never tried paddleboarding before, so I was curious to do it, especially thanks to Andrei’s teachings and guidance from start to finish. We rowed to a point where we could dive into the water, and it was great. The water was crystal clear and the place seemed magical. We also had a snack to relax and recharge a bit. I recommend this experience to everyone, especially those who try this sport for the first time. The atmosphere was very intimate and relaxing.

Last year we allready did 2 trips with Andrej. It was so great that we couldn't wait to come back! This year, we booked 3 trips in 3 days, a night SUP trip, a SUP trip in Most na Soçi and the white water SUP trip. Again, it was the most wonderfull experience. We all loved it! And a great extra: we got pictures/video of each trip. Andrej is a great guide and very kind person. We would absolutely recommend booking with him!

My husband and I recently went on the Most na Soci trip and cannot recommend Andrej and Bovec Paddleboarding enough. Andrej is an excellent guide and made the trip special from start to finish. The river we went to was beautiful and peaceful. Andrej also took photos and video of the whole trip for us to keep and share with family. If you don’t book a trip with Bovec Paddleboarding you will regret it!

Andrej was really helpful when we were making our decision as to when to make our paddleboard trip. On the day, everything was really organised, we learned loads to improve our paddleboard technique and about the local area. Andrej also gave us photos and a video of our trip, which was a great memento.The Soca River is stunning and we would thoroughly recommend Bovec Paddleboarding to get you out on the river.

Andrej was very attentive-did explain everything very well and took good care for us beginners. The equipment was in very good condition and the surrounding was great! We hardly recommend Bovec Paddleboarding
