3.00Our guide, Juliet, is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. Juliet was nice, knowledgeable, and very helpful. She was put in a bad situation because we booked a 9am tour but the company messed up our booking and told her 11am. So, we started late for the tour and had to make up time. If you book this tour, with this company, make sure they have the times right. The guide, she was great. Kudos to Juliet for making a frustrating situation better.

5.00If you want to just have a half day for relaxing and enjoying the visit to the Heaven and Lama Temples, Sherry is definitely your best choice. She pick up us in our hotel. Li, the driver, was the best, even if the parking situations had challenges, he totally succeeded. Sherry explained everything with details and historical facts. She took us photos in the best spots. She even explained us the different doors at the Lama Temple and how people pray in each one. Finally, we went to a pearl jewelry shop where they explained us the difference between fake ones and real ones and also that only in China you can find pink and purple pearls. At the end, Li drive us to the hotel. It was a GREAT tour! Thank you Sherry and Li!!!

5.00I liked the tour with Sherry and our driver Li. Sherry was very kind to explain every question we had after her explanation, plus she takes you to the most relevant highlights of the tour when visiting Temple of Heaven and Lama Temple. In addition, she is very patient since my wife and I love taking pictures, so she gave us enough time to do it, never felt pressure to keep moving. Also, since my wife had hard time coughing, they took us to a pharmacy to get some medicine for her. Those are the little details that make the experience more pleasant.

5.00Our guide, Alice Ji was good. She was constantly keeping in touch with us on the day of pickup so we don't feel worry on the booked tour. During the tour, she did quite a lot of explanation on things we see & places we at. Good guide.

5.00Our tour guide Anson gave us a wonderful tour of the Temple of Heaven and the Lama Temple. He promptly met us in our hotel lobby and accompanied us on the subway in Beijing. His commentary on both sites was interesting. He recommended a place to eat that was very good. I would not hesitate to book this tour with Anson.

5.00My boyfriend and I booked this tour on our first day in Beijing as we wanted to also get to grips with the Metro (turns out each journey works out at around 50p and everything is in English also. Just be prepared for the security checks at each stop but its just a formality). Jimmy our tour guide met us at the hotel lobby early and was very helpful and funny, we really enjoyed his company and was very open about answering all of our questions throughout the day. He had lots of knowledge regarding the Lama Temple and Temple of Heaven, I felt the tour had a good pace also and to speed up the journey home Jimmy took us together onto a local bus back to the hotel. It was a great introduction to Beijing and would definitely recommend. Hopefully you will get Jimmy as a guide!

5.00I met Sophia in the lobby of my hotel. She promptly took me to the nearby Metro station where she instructed me on how to use the system. We then continued and had a great tour of Llama and Heavenly Temples. Terrific explanation and history were recounted as we journeyed through Beijing. The tour was well paced. I recommend it highly. The use of the metro became invaluable for the rest of the trip. It is the most efficient and easiest way to get around a very crowded city. English was perfect. Thanks so much Sophia!
