Avoiding main roads, you meander along narrow country lanes, pausing in some of the county's most photogenic spots to take photos, explore the odd medieval church or perhaps meet the landlord of a local pub. You make a stop in Sandwich, one of the most complete medieval towns in Britain with a street plan that has changed little since the 14th century. Enjoy a walking tour of this ancient town, followed by a delicious traditional cream tea, included in the price of the excursion. Return to Dover via the historic coastal towns of Deal and Walmer, before making a final stop in a spectacular location to admire the famous White Cliffs.

Our main stop on the tour is in the Cinque Port of Sandwich, one of the best preserved medieval towns in the south of England. Upon arrival, you will enjoy a fascinating and very informative walking tour followed by an included cream tea experience.
The White Cliffs of Dover
On this tour we will see the amazing White Cliffs of Dover from both above and below. We will take you to a vantage point from where you will be able to take incredible photos of this world-famous natural wonder. Before returning to Dover we will also drive down to picturesque St Margaret’s Bay, from where you will have a totally different perspective of the Cliffs.

5.00Tanya was an absolutely great guide. She shared so much information: history, everyday life, and more!!! But it wasn’t too much, it was just right. We saw a bit of everything, countryside, little towns/villages, and historic landmarks. The tea was delightful! All in all a 5 star day!! We’d request her as a guide anytime! Thanks!!

5.00If you have a boat to catch in Dover, I fully recommend sneaking this tour in beforehand. Tanya shared her vast knowledge of the area in a fun and engaging way and went out of her way to accommodate our travel plans. Very enjoyable all round.

5.00Was wonderful tour of many of the small towns in Kent Tanya who was our tour guide was so knowledgeable about the towns and spent a lot of time explaining the history. We also took us to a quaint restaurant for their delicious scones. In addition, we stopped at the White Cliffs where we could take many pictures Definitely recommend this tour

5.00We spent a wonderful day with Tanya. She is so knowledgeable about the area and very accommodating. The Dover Castle is an amazing structure and she made sure we got some great photos. The White Cliffs of Dover was impressive to view in person. Sandwich was interesting as we walked about with Tanya pointing out many the places of interest. The Cream Tea was equally wonderful and very delicious. I highly recommend this tour, it was everything and more we wanted to experience in a day in Dover.

5.00Tanya picked us up promptly at the cruise ship and took us on a wonderful half day tour of Kent. She provided us a map of where we were going and took us there. She had a very helpful touch with individual headphones connected to her microphone which really made it a lot easier for the four of us to hear her comments. Kent is really a beautiful area of England, and all of us really enjoyed our day there. Highly recommended!
