This trip will be unique and private in the beautiful mountains, in the oldest and Highest National Park in Slovakia. It is large just about 800 km squared, so you can choose to hike about 30 mountain valleys. That will be unforgettable hiking with a licensed guide (member of Mountain Rescue), who has lived in the High Tatras his whole life. You will know after this day a lot about the history, nature, animals, and flowers of The High Tatras. You can set up a whole day by your needs and fitness level. It is possible to see waterfalls, mountain huts, and wild animals such as mountain goats and marmots, you have a chance to hike to peaks, where you can climb just with a licensed guide. The High Tatras are unique pieces of Earth with an untouched nature. The Mountain leader can recommend a special trip set up just for you and he can make plans for your next days during a visit to the High Tatras.

Dinner cost about 20 euros in Mountain huts

Drinking of alcohol is accepted in Slovakia from 18 years. During a hiking we are not recommend to drink any alkohol, in case of emergency. For example beer cost in the mountain huts about 4 euro.

Parking Fees

If you need transfer from distance more than 20 km from center of Starý Smokovec it cost 1 euro/Km.

We completed the Kyseľ via ferrata with mountain guide Marcel and it was an excellent experience. From the very beginning, he prioritized safety, explained everything clearly, and gave practical tips that helped us handle the tougher sections with confidence. I really appreciated his professional approach, calm leadership, and the interesting facts about nature along the route. Marcel is a reliable, patient, and very personable guide — highly recommended

Had an absolutely amazing 11 day trip in the Tatra Mountains. The area is incredible, we stayed in some wonderful huts and our guide, Marcel is just an awesome person, an expert mountaineer and a history buff. We had amazing conversations, learned a lot about Poland and Slovakia, shared many jokes and great moments, had great food and wonderful local beers and climbed peaks and valleys and had an all around amazing time. One of the best trips we've ever made. Thank you again Marcel! Hope to be back soon and visit your wonderful mountains again.

I would do it again anytime and I definitely will. From the same beginning to the end, professionalism with a human approach and great professional explanation with an emphasis on safety, which is definitely the basis for hiking in the mountains. I definitely recommend trying it, it's worth the experience!!! 👍🏼

Unforgettable hike to Furkotský štít with Marcel and Michal We’d like to sincerely thank Marcel and Michal for an incredible experience. Although we approached the hike to Furkotský štít with a bit of apprehension, their professional and friendly guidance turned it into a truly memorable day. Marcel paced the hike perfectly, with well-timed breaks during which he shared fascinating insights about the High Tatras and their wildlife in a relaxed and engaging way. His calm demeanor and deep knowledge made us feel safe and confident throughout the journey. Thanks to them, we completed a challenging route without stress and with a smile on our faces. With Marcel and Stanko, we hiked up to Furkotský štít, and it was an awesome trip! The weather was perfect, the mood was great, and the group was even better. Each of us enjoyed it to the fullest – from the early morning start all the way to the summit, where we were greeted with an incredible view of the Tatras. The ascent was at times challenging, with a few spots that required both hands and some thinking. But overall, it was an amazing feeling. We were well-coordinated, helped each other out, and had a great time together. Experiences like this are priceless. All in all, it was not only a fantastic adventure, but also a great escape from the everyday rush. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves mountains, challenges, and good company :)

I highly recommend them with both hands. The mountain guides, Marcel and Stanko, are true professionals with hearts of gold and a wealth of knowledge and experience, which they gladly shared with us during the hike.

The hike was beautiful, but also challenging. But the views and the feeling that I made it were worth it. The weather was perfect. Mountain guide Marcel is a wonderful person who does his job with a big heart. During the hike, he continuously gave us information about our high mountains. Thank you.

We went hiking with a mountain guide Marcel to High Tatras, Furkotský štít. It was an amazing experience, great weather and wonderful wiews. He is an experienced man you can rely on.
