  We booked using VIATOR and we received the question about our flight. We answer them one hour later and the day after they don’t show up. We tried to contact them and after 30minutes we found a phone number that they answered. They told us we didn’t confirm the flight and we did and the ended the call without any reason and we are asking for the refund. So please do not rely on this company.

  Having been ripped off by GRAB cars on the way down to Pattaya, I decided to explore the options of going back to the airport using alternate services. If you stop a taxi on the street to book them then they'll just try to get as much as they can. And why not? Like most of SE Asia, there are literally taxi and private car booking stands on the street every 50m in the main tourist area. So the costs are as follows: Standard Taxi - 1,000 baht flat fee from your hotel to the airport. I'm sitting in one now; the driver arrived early, is polite and the car is air conditioned. You could use this for up to 2 people (if you don't overload luggage). I'm in a Prius and they could be like this or a Camry. You'll see the taxis everywhere so you'll know what they're like. Private Taxi - same as above but 1,200 baht inclining tolls. For larger taxis and private cars expect to pay up to 500 baht more. It doesn't matter how many people are travelling.   Reached on time . Neat and clean vehicle . Enjoyed my stay in Thailand and great tour experience . Now going back to my home . Hope to visit Thailand again .

  We reached on time , and that was the biggest thing . Because the the traffic was so heavy that for a time being i thought we won't be able to make on time . But thanks to the driver for arriving us at the rightn time

  Well it was over all a great transfer services from the tour operator. They were prompt and highly cooperative with the customers. I enjoyed a hassle free transfer.

  I had a great service experienced from the tour operator. Everything was managed properly and promptly. Even the traffic was too heavy but still managed to reach the airport on time . Thanks tour operator for your services

  Driver was on time. We reach on time for caught flight from Suvarnabhumi airport. Book very last minute but awesome service. Driver was so professional and friendly.
