You can see a huge number of elephants in the afternoon and a slightly smaller number of elephants in the morning. If you want to avoid the crowd and heat, select the morning safari. 5.00We had an interesting tour through Hurulu Eco Park. Saw plenty of elephants with young and birds. The driver made an effort to find the animals and the lake with the dead trees was a very photogenic spot - a bit more time here would have been good. The stop on the way back for a refreshing King coconut was a nice added touch

4.00We were advised to go to Hurulu Eco Park, as the elephants had moved from Minneriya National Park, and we had a great time! We were picked up at 12:30 and delivered back to our hotel. Over about 2 1/2 hrs, we saw approximately 20 Elephants as we moved through the park, mostly females with babies. We also saw some chameleons, peacocks, water buffalo, cows and a variety of birds and butterflies. Our guide got us into good positions to see everything easily and gave us useful information. We stopped and climbed 2 large rocks, 1 with a viewing platform. Both had awesome views. Our Jeep was comfortable and in good condition.

5.00Im not totally sure about the name, but our guided "safan" was the most amazing guide. He had info and could answer any questions we had. We were lucky to see 20-25 different elephants. A one week old baby elephant was by far the most precious one. We had one jeep just for my girlfriend and I and it was nice, private and felt like a complete individual experience adjusted to our needs. We ended with a complimentary king coconut water freshly made.

5.00Amazing experience in Hurulu ecopark, just across the street from Minneriya. The latter was flooded when we came, due to recent rainfall, so Sinhagiri advised us to visit Hurulu instead. It was great advice! We did both morning and afternoon drives, and though most people came into the park in the afternoon to see the elephants take mud baths, we enjoyed the peace of the morning even more. Lots of elephants, very close encounters, beautiful to observe their behavior up close! The best natural experience we've had in Sri Lanka so far (we are on Day #4). Highly recommend Sinhagiri tours! Our driver Pradeep went above and beyond to find good sightings, was patient, and after a couple of hours understood what we wanted as photographers and accommodated his driving and waiting style to ours. We were very happy and grateful!

5.00Excellent afternoon safari tour to Hurulu Eco Park. We changed to do a tour in this park as the elephants had moved due to the recent weather conditions. We weren’t disappointed. We seen about 50 elephants including juniors and babies. Tour guide was great and made sure we got the best photos and seen as much as we could. We were given complementary coconuts to finish from the company. A great trip and would recommend

5.00Padeep was the best guide! We saw between 15 and 20 elephants as well as many peacocks, including a couple of peacock males that were shaking their tail feather for a female. There were water buffalo. We saw an eagle pecking on a carcass. It was a phenomenal journey, and Padeep was remarkable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time and got some of the best views.

5.00All the guides were friendly and dedicated but my personal guide Paneel was the best. He spotted even the tiniest animals (like Chameleons) and showed them to me. He’s also a good photographer and doesn’t hesitate to take pictures of you along the adventure. We saw many elephants; even some baby ones. They came up close to the cars and I enjoyed watching them. Highly recommend going on safari with this company. ⭐

5.00Perfect safari from start to finish! We saw elephants, a fox, and lots of birds. Great organization, stunning scenery, and an awesome guide truly unforgettable. Highly recommended! 😍🇱🇰
