Join me on a full-day trip from Munich to the beautiful lake Königssee and the Bavarian Alps. After pickup at your accommodation, relax in a comfy vehicle with cool drinks.
At Königssee, we enjoy a scenic 1.5-hour boat ride (round trip) past steep cliffs and alpine peaks. Along the way, you’ll hear stories about local history, traditions, and legends. We’ll spend a total of about 3 hours at the lake — with time for a peaceful lakeside lunch and plenty of unforgettable photo opportunities.
Then, get ready for a truly special experience: a 60-minute guided horseback ride through the Alpine foothills. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate, or experienced rider, we’ll match you with a calm, well-trained horse to enjoy the stunning mountain scenery from the saddle. It’s the perfect way to connect with nature and feel the rhythm of the land.
With me as your private guide, this day blends relaxation, nature, and a touch of adventure — all with true Bavarian charm!

This horseback experience is designed as an interactive introduction to horses and includes getting to know the horse, basic grooming and preparation, and a relaxed ride. For the safety and well-being of both guests and horses, all rides are conducted at a walking pace and are accompanied by an experienced trainer. The experience is subject to horse availability, weather conditions, and safety requirements.

The full day trip starts in the morning, with pick up at your Munich accommodation. Step into a comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle embarking on tour. Cool drinks and snacks will be waiting for you in a comfortable vehicle.

Soon, we will reach Mount Irschenberg, the most stunning viewpoint you can experience from a German highway. This motorway route was constructed in the mid-1930s as a "panoramic motorway." These now unconventional paths were part of National Socialist propaganda: the beauty of the landscape was exploited by intentionally presenting it as a symbol of the "German Homeland."

5.00It was an unforgettable experience from Munich to the stunning Königssee area! Sepp’s knowledge of Bavarian history was fascinating and he shared many interesting stories that enriched our experience. There was a minor incident before the trip but Sepp handled it very well and ensured our adventure continued smoothly. He also prepared delicious breakfasts, drinks, and snacks for us. Although we couldn't make it to the boat trip, our fantastic guide Sepp found a secret spot where we could enjoy breathtaking views of the lake while sipping champagne. The horse riding experience was amazing! It was beginner-friendly and the horses were well-treated, making it a pleasure for both the riders and the animals. Overall, this tour was thoroughly enjoyable and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore the beauty of the Bavarian countryside!
