Once you have completed the booking process you will be sent an email confirmation which will also have instructions about your pickup from the airport. When you arrive, your Turbo Tours Jamaica representative will be waiting for you outside the airport with a sign bearing our logo and your name. After you have been identified by the representative, you will be welcomed and your driver will be summoned from parking to take you safely to your resort. When your driver is at your feet, your representative may assist you with boarding your luggage and will wait until you are safe inside the vehicle to depart. It's now time for you to relax and enjoy your ride while your knowledgeable driver gives you a little history about Jamaica, answers any queries you may have, and recommends various attractions. If you booked a return transfer or round trip transfer then you will be given a pick up time that will have you at the airport within the necessary time for your departure.

Turbo was the best driver ever. He ensured me and my friend’s safety the entire weekend we booked with him ! He also recommended dining and fun experiences that made our trip memorable. He treated my friend and I as if we were family. He is the best at what he does and I look forward to booking with him when I return back to Jamaica <3.

Omggggg the best SAFE and welcoming driver. Turbo felt like family! He made sure me and my friend were safe. Turbo was our driver for the entire trip. We had good food recommendations and event local Jamaican events thanks to him. Absolutely loveddd his service and would definitely be booking again when I return ! <3

Our flight was delayed multiple times and I was nervous that our transportation would be affected. As soon as I landed I had multiple messages that my driver was there and tracking my flight. He was prompt, friendly, professional and very personable. I would totally book again!!
