5.00I booked an airport pick up minivan to Southbank for 3 people with 6 big luggage. Our driver, Rupinder met us at the arrival hall. He brought a large SUV that fit everything. The ride was smooth. Rupinder was very friendly and kind. He helped us with the luggage and even offered to take us to the minimart near our airbnb to pick up the keys to the unit. Being that it is our first time in Melbourne, he pointed out a few landmarks and tourist spots near the area. Thank you so much for making our first impression of Melbourne a pleasant one.

5.00collection from baggage hall ... which is unusual in domestic airports now, but i guess it depends on the airport. Some airports make it really difficult for this. Melbourne allows this, although the trade-off is a 5 minute walk (not in any way a big deal for me, but maybe some elderly folk). Ride great... no hassle, nice and quick... i remember Tullamarine used to be a royal pain a couple of decades ago.

He assisted with my luggage and maneuvered through Melbourne morning traffic with skill. He was an absolute delight to chat with and gave me a wonderful welcome to Australia that I will remember fondly.l
