His communication is consistently excellent, making the whole arrival process completely stress-free. He is always incredibly prompt for pickup at the Montego Bay airport, and the ride down to Westmoreland is always excellent,comfortable, smooth, and above all, completely safe. After a long flight, it was such a relief to see Ricardo waiting for us with a big smile and a sign with our name on it. He made us feel welcome right away. 5.00Needed a driver last minute so I booked with Ricardo despite him not having many reviews. My entire experience was TOP TIER. He was waiting for me when I arrived, he made a couple of stops at no additional charge and no hassle. He had cold drinks available for us. After talking to some people at the resort I found out that I paid much less for my airport pickup than others did. He was very kind, knowledgeable and reliable. I will ONLY book with Ricardo on all of my future trips. I’m glad I took a chance because he is a great guy who provided exceptional service. A+++
