Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque
We will take you through the gorgeous city of Muscat where we will first visit the grand mosque which, among a couple others, is one of the biggest 1-piece handmade Iranian carpet in the world. The carpet weighs a whopping 21 tons and can comfortably accommodate up to 20,000 worshippers. Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque is Close If it is Friday ( For Friday Prayer) Just Outside for Photo Stop Only.

5.00Muscat is a beautiful city. This is our first day in Oman but from the experience so far. Looks like it's highly underrated. The city is beautiful, clean, peaceful good food . Our tour guide Hamood from Oman Landscapes has been good , very helpful and informative so far. He speaks very good english too. So so far so good. We are here for another 5 days. Will keep updating my experiences here.

5.00The history and the culture of the city is so rich and beautifully explained by Hamood! You can go see the sights on your own, which are beautiful. But the guided tour gives you a much deeper appreciation for the city.

5.00This was truly one of the most insightful tours of Muscat I could have hoped for. Being someone who enjoys history, I always prefer exploring heritage sites while understanding the stories behind them—it helps me connect better with the culture and its importance. Our guide, Hamood Bhai from Oman Landscape, ensured the experience was seamless and engaging throughout. He patiently answered our endless questions without a hint of frustration and, like a dedicated mentor, walked us through Oman’s rich past—from the royal lineage to the museums and the opera house. The attached photo perfectly captures us gathered around Hamood Bhai like attentive students, listening as he shared the cultural history of Oman.

5.00The most enriching tour of Muscat one could ask for!! As a history buff, I always love visiting historical places while learning about it's history to help me understand the culture and the significance better. Hamood Bhai, our tour guide from Oman Landscape, made sure the tour was perfect! He never got irritated by our constant questions and doubts, and like a sincere teacher gave us the whole history of Oman, the royal family, the museums, and the opera house. Please find the photo of us sitting around Hamood Bhai like good students while he explains the cultural history of Oman!!

5.00We booked Oman Landscape Tours for our 5N6D family tour in early December. Despite no face to face interaction the booking process was extremely comforting with Analiza. She was very responsive and helpful. As if this was only a start, we had Mr. Hamood as our tour guide - one of the most beautiful person i have ever met. Hamood is extremely knowledgeable, humble, engaging with family & kids (my kid is 2Y old), very efficient planner and the best guide to have. I highly recommend Oman Landscape Tours and their staff (incl. Analiza, Mr. Hamood and even Mr. Khalid with whom i had a brief but interesting conversation).

5.00We had a wonderful Muscat city tour with our guide, Khalid. He made the experience extremely fun and engaging, and his knowledge about the city, its history, and all the landmarks was truly impressive. Khalid also recommended an excellent restaurant, Rosanna, for our lunch—which turned out to be a perfect choice. Overall, it was a great day and we highly recommend Khalid for anyone visiting Muscat!

5.00We had a Tour of Muscat City with Said as our tour guide. We visited the best part of the city in a relaxed manner. Said was very nice, he allowed us to take our own time and never rushed through the places. We visited the best places in Muscat and enjoyed thoroughly. Highly recommend this tour and the tour guide.
