From the start, the tour operator was extremely professional—tickets and clear instructions were sent timeously, and everything was very easy to follow. The meeting point was clearly described and effortless to find. Our tour guide, Daria, was exceptional—very knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about Slovakian history. We truly enjoyed learning about Slovakia and Bratislava as a whole. The lunch provided was also awesome and a lovely addition to the experience. A special mention to Katarina, who responded to all our queries with impressive speed and efficiency. This is hands down the best tour we have ever booked on Viator. Highly recommended—we thoroughly enjoyed every moment of this trip!

5.00It was a good 1 day trip! From the sumptuous lunch to the beer tasting, the old town feels cozy and warm, i love its simplicity. I just wished it didn’t rain that day… but overall a great tour! Shoutout to Daria who patiently gave me a crash course in the Slovakia history… its highly recommended, i wish i stayed for atleast 2 days though… :(

5.00Thank you so much for a wonderful day in Bratislava! Vacation Package called From Viena to Bratislava day tour, can't find it on the list. A very detailed step-by-step explanation of how to get to a Flixbus stop, even YouTube videos can be viewed! Professional Guide Daria was waiting outside the hotel. It said the Vacation Package was only an hour, but Daria was with us a lot longer, and since I had lunch on, she kindly walked me to the restaurant to make sure I was understood and sat down. Impressed by Daria's tour, very interesting and illustrative! About lunch: the soup didn't really impress me, but the fish was really wonderful! Thank you for a wonderful day and a reasonable price for Vacation Package!

4.00I was picked up on time at my hotel in Vienna in a very nice BMW. The driver was nice and helpful, but did not speak English. There was a very nice drive to Bratislava where we met my guide, Ingrid. It was great having a 1 on 1 tour of the city. Ingrid was fluent in English, very professional and knowledgeable of the city and its history. I highly recommend the tour.

5.00Highly recommended. An hour by train ride from Vienna. The train runs every hour. The old town has a different architecture and different exposure as per Slovak tradition. The buildings are well kept and it will be a charming and pleasant day experience from Vienna.

5.00The tour was entertaining with Flora, a good guide, but very short. He accompanied us to the restaurant scheduled for lunch. The excellent restaurant. Quality food, everything was delicious.
