1.001/5. We were unable to complete the parasailing, so I can’t review the flight itself. We arrived as instructed and were ready to go, but on-site we were told that only an 8–12 minute flight would be offered, which did not match what we understood we had booked/confirmed. There also appeared to be multiple parties involved, and the information we received was inconsistent. Most importantly, the actual parasail operator told us we were “ripped off” and instructed us to go back to the beach to resolve it with the people who sold the booking. At that point, it was clear the experience could not be delivered as booked, and we left without parasailing. Also, no food and snacks are offered as stated in the listing. Sharing this calmly as a heads-up: confirm the actual operator and exact flight duration in writing before booking.
