This is an adventure that all family members will enjoy. While visiting the animal sanctuary, guests will see Sloths and Capuchin Monkeys, Colorful Macaws, yellow-headed parrots, and many other exotic animals in their natural habitat, just waiting to be photographed. On this tour, guests will visit the Chocolate factory and Rum cake factory, go to the best sightseeing views and attractions the island has to offer, go souvenir Shopping at the famous Rusty Fish local craft market, and stop over at the colorful Roatan sign for photos.

5.00The easiest and most enjoyable experience from start to finish. 5 stars isnt enough for this review. 100 stars is more like it. When you book this tour I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND I REPEAT HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASKING FOR BERNIE AS THE TOUR GUIDE!!! He is knowledgeable about the Island, he will take you the best spots for the pictures, the best spots for the shops. He is very FRIENDLY and RESPECTFUL, Roatan was my best trip!

5.00It was a great tour with one-on-one attention. It was exactly as described, and the price was very reasonable. I would do it again. The port is very hectic, and it can seem overwhelming at first. However, they were not hard to find, and all the competitors out there looking for tours still helped us get to where we needed to go.

4.00Wow, what a fun excursion!! We had a big group from ages 1 to 70, and everyone had a grand time! The Jungle Top Animal Park was great! The monkeys were so playful, jumping on everyone’s heads and just all over the place! So great for genuine laughs and awesome pics! Hugging the sloth was so precious like holding a baby! The rum and chocolate sampling was also a hit! We had such an amazing time on this excursion! I would definitely recommend it! Only possible negative is if you have a wheelchair or heavy duty big stroller, it could be quite challenging walking out from pick up area to the van as there is a big crowd of people you have to walk through next to a busy street of traffic. We only had a slim umbrella stroller so it was manageable. But not sure how easy it would’ve been with a wheelchair. The van was accessible. Just some tight loading areas to keep in mind if you have something bigger than a small stroller. But everything else was amazing and the driver and tour guides were so great! I would definitely recommend this excursion to others! Such a fun time!

Great private tour of city highlights

5.00This was a highlight for me. We met our driver near the cruise port and he took us to the monkey and slouth tour. We learned about the shelter, had a macaw fly on our head, monkeys climbing on us and got to hold a slouth. Then we went to chocolate and rum store. We were able to taste the products. He then took us to a local restaurant where we tasted local drinks and food. This was a private tour, so we got there earlier than the bus tours and were able to see more and pay less than the cruise tours. Highly recommend

5.00Amazing experience, starting with our amazing tour guide, Odessa. She was trustworthy, kind and knowledgeable. Having her drive us to our destinations was amazing - we got to see so much of the island. Loved the actual excursion too - the sloths and monkeys, chocolate and rum. Amazing views from the rum factory too! This was our first excursion not booked through our cruise so I was nervous but it couldn’t have been a more pleasurable experience! Highly recommend!
