Private transfers are provided in Luxury Toyota Prado 4WD and can comfortably seat 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children. In case 4 adults are travelling, guests should be aware of limited space in vehicle.

We were picked up from the airport and promptly taken to Port Denarau, and then transported from the Port back to the airport at the end of our trip. Sanjay picked us up in one of the EVs and he was lovely. We look forward to booking with them in the future!

5.00I booked my private transfers with Rosie Holidays and they were excellent! We rode in the new EV transfers and they were stunning and very comfortable which was great for our long drives between hotels. Each of the three drivers were very helpful and friendly, especially our first driver Sunjay (excuse the spelling-it might be incorrect). Rosie Holidays also has tour desks at many resorts and are a great source to book many of the best tours in Fiji. Highly recommend!

1.00Dishonest. Dysfunctional. Overpriced. Incompetent. My sister booked an airport transfer to our hotel in Momi Bay. Her flight was canceled and rebooked for the next day. The rest of our family arrived on a different flight earlier in the week. I visited the Rosie tour desk here at Momi Bay to inform them that my sister would not arrive as scheduled. The person at the desk made a phone call, canceled her reservation, and gave me a cancellation confirmation number. This person confirmed that my sister would receive a refund in the coming days. I chose not to reschedule a pickup for the next day, as their pricing is 2-3x that of other transfer companies. After she arrived on the rescheduled flight, she received an email from them stating that she was a "no show". We stopped by the Rosie desk to ask them why she had not yet been refunded. They informed us that the cancellation confirmation number was insufficient and that the Rosie employee I met with had not properly handled the matter.

5.00Very convenient, quality transport. They are one of a few local companies that have a desk right as you exit the airport. Very friendly staff. They offer various methods of transport for different budgets, and the drivers share helpful information along the way. We ended up with the private vehicle, but the charter bus would have been just fine.

3.00While the arrival transfer was smooth with no issues, the pick-up from the hotel was far from ideal. Our return flight to Australia was canceled due to a cyclone in Brisbane, causing a delay of 5 days. As a result, we changed hotels to one literally next door. I called Rosie Holidays to inform them of the change. The day before our scheduled pick-up, I went to the Rosie Holidays desk at the resort’s reception, where I was told that the pick-up had to be from our previous resort (just next door) and that this could not be changed. This didn’t make any sense, as we had only moved next door. I had to take a 1-minute taxi ride to the original resort. To make matters worse, the driver arrived without a child seat, which had been booked in advance. Fortunately, he managed to find one from another driver nearby, but this was an unnecessary inconvenience.

5.00I had never used Rosie Holiday transfers before when transporting clients. I had VVIP Clients transit through Nadi (Fiji) International Airport to another destination and had a layover of 6 hours. These were VVIP’s which required the highest standard of service and professional chaperone including luxury high end vehicles that were also EV friendly, spacious, comfortable with safe, highly trained and skilled Drivers. Rosie Holiday came through with a last minute request and accommodated the transfer with ease and professionalism. The VVIP’s were thorough satisfied and impressed with the service, which likely convinced them to return again but to stay and use Rosie Holiday’s as their preferred transport and transfer providers. Well Done!
