Very happy with service. Driver was waiting at airport for us when we arrived and took us to the clean private vehicle for transfer. Even stopped en route when the cases in the back moved around a bit. Big plus was WiFi available in the vehicle. On the return the driver was on time and generally all was good. No WiFi and some questionable driving/overtakes but overall we were very happy.

Great service. They were on time for both our travels. Drove us straight to the hotel and back. Also, the ladies in the office were nice and helped a lot regarding other questions we had.

We arranged a return transfer from Sofia to Borovets. Anna in the office was very helpful with her emails prior to going. The driver was there on arrival and took us to our drop off point with no issues. The return trip was also hassle free. I would recommend and use again 🙂

Booked the TSE Flora Apartments, from 23rd Jan - 1st Feb 2026. PMS transfers were recommended. They are situated right next to where we stayed. Everything went smoothly, Guy met us at Airport with my name on a card. Drove us ( approx 1.5 hrs ) to Boravets. The day we left , transfer was waiting and drove us safely back to Sofia. Would highly recommend this company. We will be returning next year as we loved Boravets... and yes , we will be using PMS again for our transfers 10/10 service.

Always a great experience using BalkanPMS. The whole process from start to finish is exceptional. The booking online and initial contact were first rate. All communication was succinct and to the point. I was met at the airport and taken to my apartment without any issues. I dropped in to the office to pay the balance of the fee and given instructions of when my return would be available to view. The car arrived 10 minutes early and dropped me at the airport in plenty of time. I have used Balkan PMS for the last 12 years and would not even consider using anyone else. I would highly recommend this company. Thank You again for your great service.

We arranged our transfers to Borovets through Balkan PMS. They responded instantly to my multiple queries on transfers for a large group of 19 ppl to Borovets. We found them very helpful throughout the process. Thank you Anna and team from the office for keeping in touch and being so helpful and informative. The drivers met us at arrivals and were friendly and professional, the buses were spotless with plenty of room for our lugguage. We had no issues at all and will definitely use them again next year. We also booked our lessons and skis with Hunters Ski School through Balkan PMS office and we had direct whatsapp access to Ivan the manager of the ski school who happily answered all of my questions from ski hire to children's lessons. Also a huge shout out to Ned our older children's ski instructor who had them confidently skiing after 2 2 hour lessons. It made their holiday thank you so much :-) and also to Misu who looked after our younger children in a small ski class for the week. All of the children were able to ski by the end of the week 🙌 and they cannot wait to return to Borovets!

We travelled as a group of 12 in BALKANPMS comfortable minivan. Anna was super helpful arranging a trailer for luggage and when we needed to stop for some shopping on the way she requested the driver to wait for us (for a reasonable fee). the driver was courteous and helpful, the travel was smooth and easy. Thank you for great service. Will definitely use again!

The driver picked me up at the scheduled time at the airport, even though my flight was delayed. You didn't have to look for and expect a driver. The minibus is comfortable and clean. Transfers to the airport also took place at the scheduled time without delay. The staff are friendly and friendly. For the second year, I use the services of transfer of this company. In February I will re-book the airport transfer to Borovets. Reliable company. I'll recommend it to my friends.

We had a great experience with the private transfer from Sofia to Borovets. The driver was punctual, professional, and very friendly.
