We had a great experience with the private transfer from Sofia to Borovets. The driver was punctual, professional, and very friendly. The car was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing journey after our flight. The drive was smooth and safe, and we arrived in Borovets on time without any stress. We booked our week long New Years ski trip to Borovets with Balkan PMS, Ana and the team were amazing from start to finish sorting everything from accommodation, transfers, ski hire and lift passes. We had small minibus for the 4 of us with 4 suitcases and a large snowboard bag both ways. We were met at the airport and found the person easily, and the pick up to return to the airport was on time at the time we were informed. All was very well organised. Only a deposit needed for the booking online with the rest paid in the office in Borovets flora complex the day of arrival or next day.

Excellent service. The driver was on time for flight arrival and dropped us at the door of our apartment and from apartment to Sofia airport. Very friendly driver and we made the trip in very good time.

These guys were there waiting when we arrived at the airport. The vehicle was of a good standard and the transfer smooth and without any hitches. The same applied for our return journey. The price was better than any others I coiuld find. Highly recommended.
