The experience starts after booking, where you will receive a confirmation ticket. Relax and enjoy your flight. We track your flight information to make sure we will be standing outside waiting for you. Our driver will be holding a sign with your last name. After arrival, we bring your luggage to the car, and you can enjoy a refreshment during the ride. We will get you to your destination safely. During the drop off we will help you with your luggage.

4.00based on where my hotel was located this service was a waste of money as the distance to the hotel was a very short drive. The pick up was excellent as the staff was waiting for us at the exit. The drop off at the airport was not great as the driver did not have the necessary "tag" to drop us off right at the airport departure door, meaning we needed to walk across the street. I was led to believe that I had paid for door to door service. Also on the day before, I needed to reach out to the vendor to confirm next day pick up, I would have expected him to contact me instead just like he told me he would.

5.00Great experience. They were waiting for us with a sign with our name on it at the airport. The suburban was clean and the AC felt great after a long travel day. They provided a carseat for our son. We requested this but it was no additional charge. We had an 11am flight home and they picked us up promptly at 8am. We will definitely use them for our next trip to Aruba!
