The experience starts after booking, where you will receive a confirmation ticket. Relax and enjoy your flight. We track your flight information to make sure we will be standing outside waiting for you. Our driver will be holding a sign with your last name. After arrival, we bring your luggage to the car, and you can enjoy a refreshment during the ride. We will get you to your destination safely. During the drop off we will help you with your luggage.

The pickup at the airport was wonderful! They were there waiting for us when we got off the airplane. The shuttle to the airport, however, was very disappointing. We needed to be at the airport by 10am. We tried calling the phone number on our confirmation but none of the calls went through. We had to pay an additional $30 for a taxi so we didn't miss our flight. I received a text from the shuttle at 11:19 that they were waiting for us at the hotel. Long after we needed to be picked up.

Sherman was our driver, and he was outstanding. The vehicle was clean, reliable and comfortable, and the service was top-tier from start to finish. Communication was clear, pickup and drop-off were seamless and the staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating. I would highly recommend requesting them to anyone visiting Aruba.

Sherman picked us up on time and provided historical facts about the island on our way to the hotel! Loved every minute of the ride! We felt safe and so comfortable during our round-trip ride to and from the airport!!!

We booked this private, roundtrip transfer from the airport to Secrets Baby Beach. Communication was great! They were punctual and friendly. Vehicles are very clean! We would definitely book with them again.
