  We had an amazing tour of Shanghai with Sammi.She made us feel comfortable with her friendly and open nature. She suggested some changes to the planned tour to suit what we wanted which worked well.The vehicle was a very high end people carrier and the driver was safe and steady - which the Didi (Uber) drivers are not. So that was great.The tour covers all the main areas. You don’t feel rushed and Sammi was great at answering questions and sharing lots more.Lunch was included and at a nice restaurant where we chose the dishes.Very happy and the tour was very much value for money.   It was a great day with Kalvin. We were thrilled with Shanghai from the very first second. Kalvin helped us understand the city, brought us closer to Shanghai, took us to the most beautiful places, and had an answer to every question.

  Ruby has been nothing but exceptional! I was greeted at my hotel on schedule with the driver and was given a schedule for our private tour. Ruby has been very informative and has shown excellent knowledge in Shanghai’s history. Thanks to Ruby, I had the best experience in terms of day tours and could not recommend highly enough

  We booked this tour (Shanghai) with a guide (English speaking) and driver with Viator. Shortly after booking we received a confirmation e-mail with instructions for where to meet our guide! We met our guide, Annie, at the designated location. She was waiting for us with a placard with our name on it. Annie then summoned a driver who picked us up in a brand new sports utility car! He had waters for us and we settled into nice captain’s seats. Annie spoke perfect English and she was very easy to understand. She guided us to multiple locations. She was very conversational. At each location the driver would drop us off and after visiting the location Annie would call him and he would pick us up. Annie has been a tour guide for 20 years. She had a great sense of humor. We are experienced travelers and have done many tours with guides over the years and all over the world. Without hesitation, we would say Annie was the best tour guide we have ever had. The tour operation was great as well. I would say it was a perfect day. I give this experience a 10/10.

  We are very happy with the tour. Jun was an excellent guide. Her English was very good and I think it helps a lot that she lived in Australia for a while. Jun explained a lot about our sights but also China in general. Knowledgeable. She was very good with my husband. Mr. Wany, the driver, was very very good also. He took my husband for a cup of coffee while Jun and I explored the French Concession. We also loved the electric mini van that we were driven around in(we want it)! It was our first time in Shanghai and this tour made it possible for us to see the highlights of the city in comfort and ease.
