Also please reserve the tour with the car included The vehicle is new, spacious and nice and you can leave all your bags in the car instead of having to carry it all inside metro or taxis, running the risk of losing of forgetting bags around.   I had a wonderful time with Sunny! Before my shopping trip I emailed my specific items I was searching for, and Sunny made it happen. I decided to do the personal driver and I am glad I did, it was very nice to have a car waiting to pick us up to take us to the next destination. Sunny was wonderful, her English is amazing, she helped me negotiate costs and even helped me set up my Alipay! What a wonderful day!

  For those looking for an expert guide to Shanghai - look no further than Sunny. Kind, generous, and knowledgeable, your shopping experience cannot be done in Shanghai without Sunny. I did the private car and I’m so glad I did so it was quick and easy to each stop. We started off at the tailor market where I bought some silk fabric and a silk scarf. Then, we headed to Old Town where Sunny showed me all kinds of street snacks and then took me to a wholesale pearl store where you could see hundreds of jewelry designs. We then did two additional stops. Without Sunny I would’ve never been able to have the shopping experience I did. To have someone that knows where they’re going, can communicate and translate for you, and someone who is just really friendly and happy - it makes for a perfect day. This was my first time in Shanghai and I’ll definitely be back. Sunny will be my first call when I am! Don’t miss this tour with her.

  I was staying in Shanghai for a short period of time and really wanted the opportunity to do some targeted shopping and just get a bit more understanding of the city and local culture. It’s such a huge place I knew I wouldn’t have the same success going on my own without local knowledge and, travelling on my own, it’s nice having someone with you (especially when it comes to dealing with enthusiastic local shopkeepers who can be quite forceful). Sunny’s English is also excellent which is great as she’s able to translate with local people rather than having to resort to an app. I booked a shopping tour with Sunny with private transport included. You can do it using public transport but to be honest it’s so much quicker and more convenient having the car ready to pick you up and drop you wherever you want to go and really maximises use of the time available. After booking the tour Sunny asked what sort of shopping I was interested in doing so I gave her my wish list (which focused on handbags and pearls) before I went. She arranged to pick me up at my hotel and arrived on time. Sunny made the whole experience not only so much easier but much more fun. I bought a fabulous handbag and beautiful pearl necklace in places I would never have found on my own and we had a nice stop for coffee at my request to break up the morning. She also gave me a wonderful insight into local culture and we did a couple of cultural stops during the day in addition to shopping. Things you would never discover as a tourist. I highly recommend booking a tour with Sunny, whatever it is you want to see or buy. I ended up paying for a few extra hours as we had such a great time! Don’t forget to download WeChat before you get there to make it easy to communicate as there’s no gmail or WhatsApp in China.

  I had wanted to visit the Tailors market, get some clothes made and see a little of the city. Sunny was an incredible guide and the morning surpassed all my expectations! At the market, she found the right vendors for me who could turnaround what I was looking for quickly, helped with the negotiations and the Alipay process and much more. She suggested a few additional places I might like to see. Best of all, her excellent English, openness, enthusiasm, energy and willingness to talk and share meant I learnt so much about the history of the city about China along the way. I could not have asked for a better guide.
