5.00Our driver was so friendly, and was very easy to find when we arrived at the airport as the instructions were very clear. The roads were blocked due to Semana Santa, but thankfully he got us as close as he could to our hostel. Couldnt have had a better experience!

5.00A really fun and flexible day! We were able to switch up our activities a little to do kayaking and a tour of San Juan instead of the hike. Our guide Antonio Fernando was incredible- he literally went under a pier and into the lake to get my phone that fell out of my pocket when we arrived at San Juan on the boat. We learned a lot and felt very well cared for. 10/10!

5.00Highly recommend this shuttle service. Cars were in great condition, on time and communication through WhatsApp was always available. We used their service three times during our stay in Guatemala. Couldn't be happier!!

5.00I'm deeply afraid of heights however I felt very safe with Joshua. He took us to the scenic area and showed to many different places around town! I would recommend Joshua again

3.00It wasn’t so great. I felt like communication could have been better with Viator coordination. Our shuttle also broke down half way and we had to wait over an hour to get picked up by another vehicle. It was pretty stressful. I don’t blame our driver I think he tried to do the best he could. I feel viator should do better with the vehicles to make sure they are safe especially if we are overpaying for transportation.
