5.00Shuttle driver was prompt and got us to the airport on time. The driver spoke limited English and we spoke limited Spanish, so it all worked out. Of note is that the translation app can also assist, if needed. The vehicle was clean and very nice. Of note is that the driver contacted me the night before via WhatsApp to confirm all details of the trip, which helped to ensure a pleasant, stress-free transportation to the airport.

5.00They were very attentive to finding us in the airport, the driver was friendly and helpful, and he was able to stop and get food/water etc. the drive to Lake Atitlan took about 5 hours due to traffic outside Quatemala city and be advised if you get car sick, bring your zofran.

5.00We took this shuttle from Guatemala City airport to Lake Atitlan. Daniel was really great. He greeted us at the airport with a sign that had my name on it so it was easy to find him. Once on the road, Daniel set aside bathroom breaks for whenever we needed it. He was overall a very safe and great driver.

5.00Joshua was super prompt with his pick up at the airport! I slept most of the drive but we stopped at a lookout point at the lake. Joshua was super helpful along the way and helped us get the boat to San Marcos. 10/10 recommend!
