I'll pick you up in my new Volvo XC 90. You get a private, exclusive, and unique trip to the most popular attractions in Oslo. I am a certified Oslo Guide.
You will experience the polar expedition and the heroes. We visit the popular Fram Museum and board the boat, which has been on expeditions to both the north pole and the south pole. We visit the famous museums of Thor Heyerdahl and learn about the Kon-Tiki, Tigris and the RA expeditions.

We visit the Tryvann tower with its spectacular view.
We visit the world's most famous ski facility,the Holmenkollen ski facility, which is the national ski resort in Norway.
We visit The world's largest outdoor sculpture park, created by one artist. We visit Frognerparken with a completely unique sculpture collection by the famous Gustav Vigeland.

Tryvann's Tower (Tryvannstarnet)
This is the top of Oslo. It is a fantastic view over Oslo—you can see the harbor, the Oslo fjord, and all the islands.
Holmenkollen Ski Museum
The unique place dates back centuries. Several World Cups, Olympics, and four World Championships in Nordic Skiing have been held here. The most famous ski facility in the world.

Great way to see Oslo highlights in 4 hrs

5.00Hans is knowledgeable and interesting and goes at your pace. He is retired and this is his post-retirement PT business. It was a lot to see 4 attractions in 4 hrs, but gives one a chance to get some highlights. I didn't know what to expect with the sculpture park but apparently this is Oslo's #1 attraction, and well worth it. I found it incredibly moving and hope to return and spend hours there looking more closely. This was exactly what I wanted and well worth it to do a private tour with someone who knows how to avoid the pitfalls and busy crowds.

5.00Excellent experience with lovely sites. The trip moved at a good pace and we had a comprehensive overview of this beautiful city. I left with a greater appreciation for how Norway operates and some of what makes it special. The Polar ship Fram and KonTiki helped me understand the seagoing and exploration expertise of the explorers. This is a half day well spent.

5.00If you only have one day in Oslo, cruise ship stop, this is the tour to do. Hans was a wonderful driver and tour guide. We got to see everything we wanted to see and you get to choose your pace and agenda. Cruise ship stops give you an overview of the city and this is one city that we will be returning to for an extended stay thanks to Hans!!

5.00This was a great tour to see the attractions in Oslo that are too far to walk from the city center. Hans knew all of the best ways to move around the area and find parking. He moved us through the museums quickly so we could see just the highlights. I can highly recommend this private driving tour when in Oslo.
Highly Recommended if you are willing to pay the price!

5.00We liked this 4-hour private tour with a Volvo SUV. Our guide/driver, Hans, was a true gentleman and he had in-depth knowledge on Oslo and the attractions which we visited. I recommend this tour.

5.00We traversed Oslo with Hans as our guide. He is knowledgeable, flexible,and friendly. He knows all the fast lane ways to see the city in 4 hrs. We saw panoramic views of Oslo from a couple vistas, took the translator up to the top of the infamous ski jump, viewed the numerous sculptures in the garden, were transfixed by the reenactment of the Fram expedition, saw many important buildings including the King's palace and garden. We highly recommend Hans and this tour. Hans takes good photo too.

5.00Hans picked us up at our hotel, our first stop was the Holmenkollbakken ski tower. We were so amazed with the site, we stayed after the tour for the ski jump/slalem ski simulator! The sculpture park was so interesting I want to buy a book to read more about the artist and sculptures. Our stop at the Fram Ship Museum, we walked around and through the ship. Hans was so knowledgeable and spent time answering our questions. We really loved being with Hans this must-do excursion.

5.00This tour is excellent. Very informative. The guide is very knowledgable. Make sure you go to the top of the ski lift. It is amazing. I learned a lot at both the Fram museum and the Kon-tiki museum.
