We are providing 1-day trip which includes Mt Fuji and Hakone. You will be picked up from your hotel. We only provide private charters which ensure your full satisfaction and comfort. This 1-day trip is customizable, please note there may be additional charges for certain customizations.

Start moving back at around 4:00

Start moving back at 7th hour of the tour.
If we leave after 8th hour of the start time we will charge overtime.

5.00I booked our Mount Fuji and Hakone excursion with Live Nippon, and the experience was amazing from start to finish. Communication was great they were very responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with. Our guides met us in the morning right on time and were so patient with our big group. Anthony was especially wonderful. He was fun, helpful, and gave us great suggestions throughout the day. We ended up changing our plans based on his recommendations, and it turned out to be the best decision we had the best time. I would highly recommend Live Nippon and especially Anthony as a guide. He truly made the day memorable!

5.00Mirza took us a truly wonderful tour to Mt. Fuji and the surrounding areas. We all had a wonderful time: from the pickup at our hotel, to the drive, snack/lunch restaurants, and finally dropping us off at our location of choice. Thank you Mirza for everything!

1.00One of worst tourist tours! Not only was the driver (tour guide) apathetic he had an extremely thick accent when he spoke English making it almost impossible to understand anything he said. The tour provider company also tried to scam us our of 20,000 JPY the day before the tour. They emailed us writing "This can be paid in cash directly to the driver on the day of your tour." Of course the tour was no longer refundable at the time they made this demand. When we entered the vehicle at the start of the tour, the tour guide/driver told us to take a nap as it was 2 hour drive to Mt Fuji. He then appeared to listen to something on his phone using an earbud. He then seemed to be meeting up with friends along the way. I would say that outside of Mtn Fuji and a few Shrines, most tour stops were overpriced cheap tourist traps. Run down and dirty. We actually refused to tour several on arrival at them. At lunch the tour guide recommended an "authentic Japanese Food Restaurant" which was absolutely horrible. Crummy food, overcrowded, run down and dirty ... basically a poor excuse for Japanese fast food. On our return to our Hotel the driver raised the issue of the 20,000 JPY additional charge because of the pickup/drop off point. We advised him that we had a contract with Viator and the pickup and drop off were spelt out in the agreement. We would not be paying anything else. He made a scene, following me to the Hotel entrance and loudly demanding the money "or the company will take it out of his fee". I again reiterated I would not be paying the charge. We felt we were under duress to wait there, while fellow hotel guests looked on, while he phoned his boss and got clearance to leave without the payment. Now that's a SCAM!! Truthfully!

5.00Fabi was amazing and made sure we were able to see Fuji with the constantly changing weather conditions around the mountain. He knew all the secret spots that weren’t crowded and made the day so special!

5.00We loved our Mt Fugi day. The scenery was gorgeous. The lake and the mountains were stunning. Our driver was professional and patient with our youngest travelers. I definitely recommend this day trip from Tokyo!

5.00My wife and I had a wonderful day on our day at Mt. Fuji. We explored it from every viewpoint. Our driver, Haan, knew the best spots to take us in which to view the majestic mountain. One of the most memorable parts of the day was a boat trip on Lake Kawaguchi which offered incredible views of Fuji. It was an amazing day! Thanks, Haan!

5.00We had a wonderful time visiting Mt. Fuji with our family thanks to Dan , our driver. Very spacious and clean van. Dan was an excellent driver and very knowledgable about the routes. Furthermore, he was very accommodating to our needs. Ai did a great job of assisting Dan. Thank you!!
