Flower Dome

Firstly head to Gardens by the Bay. It is a nature park spanning 101 hectares (250 acres) of reclaimed land in central Singapore, adjacent to the Marina Reservoir. The park consists of three waterfront gardens: Bay South Garden, Bay East Garden and Bay Central Garden. The largest of the gardens is Bay South Garden at 54 hectares (130 acres). Step into the Flower Dome and stand in awe. Spectacular and innovative, it is the largest glass greenhouse in the world as listed in the 2015 Guinness World Records! Be amazed by changing display of flowers and plants from the Mediterranean and semi-arid regions.

It was wonderful, with great people, food, and an amazing experience. Make the History of Singapore a top priority. It was great. The Gardens by the Bay were really nice to walk through and take the bridge to the beautiful hotel. We walked over and toured the lobby; the building is gorgeous. One thing I would not do again, however, is wait for the light show on the giant trees. Honestly, we are not sure if it was an off night, but it was just so-so. The city of Singapore is immaculate, safe, and well worth the trip. If you get the chance, visit.

Alex was brilliant, great commentary and local knowledge. Well thought out local, central, tourist and interest considerations. Patient and considerate of my mobility issues. Nothing was too much. Thoroughly enjoyable. Worth the extra money. Personal and up close.

Outstanding night with Michael. I’ve been to Singapore many times but he did a great job teaching us new things about Singapore history, sights and culture. We were able to much more in those 3.5 hours than we could have done on our own. Well worth it especially if on a short trip.

This trip was definitely the highlight of our whole trip. Wong, our guide is exceptional and very attentive to the needs of his clients. Watching the light shows at both the Gardens and on board the river cruise the marina bay sands hotel show was so beautiful. Do not come to Singapore without having the private tour. Thank you Wong for taking incredible photos and for being so accommodating.
