5.00It was great they provided gear, we went to four locations. We saw a sting ray, sea turtle, a shark aswell and it was an amazing experience. They provided gear, drinks, food, and music great vibe and friendly staff

5.00Whether you're new to snorkelling or experienced, this tour is amazing! You're in great hands with Captain Chaka and Carlos - they were thorough in explaining the snorkelling process, responsible, friendly, and incredibly fun! The tour takes you through 4 unique areas over 4 hours. We started at Palancar Reef, and I was quite nervous because I had never snorkelled at this depth before, but Carlos was very supportive, led the way, and made sure everyone stayed together. It felt like a dream, swimming among the corals: I saw nurse sharks, a spotted eagle ray, other stingrays, a barracuda, turtles, and many beautiful fish. Other highlights included seeing a green sea turtle peacefully eating seagrass at Columbia Reef, starfish at El Cielo, and if you stand close to where the sandbar drops off at El Cielito, the stingrays will dance all around you! The snorkelling concluded with a delicious snack prepared by Captain and Carlos at El Cielito: ceviche, guacamole, fruit, and a choice of water, pop, and cervezas (yum!). Thanks again, guys! Other Mentionables: • If you burn easily, I recommend wearing a swim shirt instead of sunscreen, as it damages the coral reefs! • We took the 10:00 am tour: I was worried it would be cold, but the water was at a perfect temperature! • The small size was wonderful, and I really enjoyed getting to know the group. Carlos was great at introductions and helped translate when needed! • This tour was highly recommended by several hotel staff we connected with.
