Once we arrive, we’ll hop on the shuttle bus that takes us up the hill—saving our energy for what comes next. If conditions allow and both the shuttle and Marienbrücke (Queen Mary’s Bridge) are open, we’ll start with a visit to this legendary bridge. The view from here is pure magic—perfect for those epic shots with the castle in the background. From there, we’ll explore the castle by foot from the outside. Along the way, I’ll share stories and fun facts about King Ludwig II, his eccentric life, and the royal family’s legacy. It’s a relaxed stroll with a royal twist—just the way I like it. Then comes the grand finale: a 45-minute guided tour inside the castle. Step into King Ludwig’s dream world—from the dramatic throne room to his richly decorated chambers. Every room reveals more of the mystery and ambition that defined his life. Afterwards, we can either enjoy a scenic 30-minute walk through the woods or hop into a charming horse-drawn carriage for the ride down.
