We love the ocean and treat her with respect. We will not serve you on single use plastics nor will we practice any unsustainable fishing practice. We try and buy local produce when we can and support our community via our contributions of time and money to local charities.
Because our yacht is a mono hull, our guests experience the adventure of actually sailing. The waters in our area, Potrero Bay, are unique in that they offer flat calm waters, consistent breeze and breathtaking anchorages.

We love to sail and fortunately we live in a great bay to do that! So, we will sail and you will have our crew serving you up some great drinks and lovely music. You can fish and/or snorkel if you would like. You can swim to a beach or you can just hang out on Serendipity. When you sail with us, you are chartering your own private yacht. Our lovely 50 Beneteau Oceanis was featured on the cover of Sail Magazine and has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathroom and plenty of areas to lounge both above and below deck. Our crew is one the most experienced and professional in our area, striving for customer service and always aware that safety is our first priority. We will sail up the coast and our Captain will assess the best place to anchor for that day. Guest will have the chance to snorkel, swim and visit a remote beach. We provide quality appetizers, a delicious healthy lunch of fresh chicken tacos (veggie and gluten free available) and an open bar with premium alcohol. We also have all the equipment of board for snorkeling and fishing. Minimum price of $990 - same rate for 1 up to 9 people. Every additional person $110. If you are 1-9 people, please only select "1 adult" for accurate quote.

5.00Our party at 14 took the sunset cruise and it was terrific. Bismarck Jonathan and the other crew member were so attentive it was a beautiful day on the water. The drinks and food were amazing. Highly highly recommend.

5.00Our group had a wonderful sail on the Serendipity in November. The owner, Geneva was a great communicator and host. I have nothing but praise for Captain Jeffree and Jonathan for their attentive, friendly, and fun demeanors. The boat was in top shape as we motored and sailed on a beautiful, calm morning. We encountered swimming turtles, schools of fish, and even caught a jack! The snorkeling spot had many varieties of fish and Jonathan even found an octopus! The food and drinks were top notch and plentiful. Thanks again for an extraordinary experience!

5.00Our group of 10 chartered the Serendipity for a full day tour. We were met promptly on the dock by Captain Bismarck and mates Chris and Jeffery. The crew are locals and told fascinating stories about the history of the local region. The tour included snacks and a wonderful chicken taco lunch that was top notch. The cocktail selection was amazing with the best Margaritas ever! We saw sea turtles, humpback whales, wrays, and, while snorkeling in a secluded cove, a variety of underwater fish including a n octopus The sunset at the end of the day was spectacular. Bismarck and his crew were extremely attentive and kind. The vessel was immaculate and comfortable for all. I really enjoyed watching the crew working together to perform the various maneuvers needed to sail the boat. I highly recommend this Costa Rica adventure!

5.00We had a wonderful private cruise with our family of 7 including 5 teens! Captain Jonathan and his deckhand Christopher were so welcoming and made our trip so fun! We enjoyed fishing and snorkeling and getting to see how a real sailboat moves on the water. Our meal was great and tailored to our needs and the available drink options were amazing!

5.00Full day private tour with my husband and daughter. Bismark and Jeffree were amazing hosts and great company with lots of conversation about the area, fishing, locals, etc. Jeffree took us out snorkeling and dove down to point out octopus, sea urchins, starfish and brought up trigger fish, starfish and blow fish for us to view up close. We saw plenty of other fish while snorkeling - our daughter went back out again after lunch and we swam to a nearby beach. Great snacks, food and drinks. While sailing, we saw dolphin, tuna and a turtle. Very relaxing and comfortable. Highly recommend and would book again.
