A full day of local crafts, foods and drinks. We will start with a visit to the famous Faneromeni monastery. After a quick stopover in the popular Agios Nikitas village, we will get the party started. We will try local wines in a family-owned winery. Then you will indulge in the Greek art of lazily enjoying foods and drinks under a vine shade. In this peaceful athmosphere you will get the chance to try out real organic produce from our local host. After, we'll get back to work with a short lesson in traditional olive oil production (olive oil tasting included).

We'll finish the day with beautiful views and photo ops over the dramatic West Coast cliffs of Lefkada.

Nadia was terrific! Energetic, bright, irreverent, fun — played delightfully to the three generations represented in our party of seven, especially the five females. A strong person with definitive views on Greek culture and clear goals for a modern young woman navigating it. She brought us to beautiful vistas, gorgeous beaches, and luscious countryside feasts. She showed us historic monasteries but told us about the negative impacts of religion in Greece as well. She acknowledged that the monasteries’ gardens were magnificent but noted that all that gardening was the work of nuns! From Nadia, we got the whole, complex story in one memorable day.

A dull day was brightened by a great trip out for the day. Nadia took us to a monastery, home village, wine tasting and an an amazing lunch, topped with some amazing stops to enjoys the fabulous island views... all places we would have gone without her. She is great company, energetic, full of knowledge and facts and Id recommend this or any other trip with her. Thanks Nadia a highlight of my holiday.

Spending the day with Nadya as our guide was the highlight of our holiday, I can’t recommend this enough. Picked up at the door of our hotel, Nadya was entertaining and full of local knowledge, from history to local customs, we enjoyed her company as much as the tour itself. The itinerary means you get to see so much of the island, the wine tasting was fabulous and lunch at a real taverna that you’d never find on your own was a pleasure. If you want to see and experience Lefkada, this is the tour to do. Thanks Nadiya for a fabulous day!

We had a great day with Nadya - visited the Faneromeni monastery, had a tour of the Agious Nikitas village, stopped at the small winery for the wine tasting, visited olive oil museum, another village for the bread tasting, and, of course, beach. Nadya is a very knowledgeable guide and. combined with her passion about places she showed us, made this day an unforgettable experience for us. Highly recommended.
