Cancellations made 28 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made between 7 to 27 days prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled departure date are non-refundable.

We booked a private tour and couldn’t have asked for a better driver/guide! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely wonderful. Our guide Steven was professional, friendly, and so knowledgeable—he made the day both fun and informative. He tailored the tour perfectly to our group, making sure we saw all the highlights while also adding in special stops we would have never discovered on our own. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and we always felt safe and well cared for.

It’s a genuine website and William is so cool with everyone. The trip was hassle free and enjoyable. Must try this alternate option if you don’t get booking on park canada website.

Breathtaking views from start to finish. Our guide Edward was very patient and helped us navigate away from the crowds to find the perfect peaceful place to enjoy fully with the family .

Had a great experience with Edward. Would recommend his services for your tour. We had booked the tour for Banff. He took us to some sightseeing places that we had not read about and were not planned. Would not have had the same experience if we had not hired Edward/Banff Journey.

I cannot express enough how amazing our trip with Raoul was. We rode in a very comfortable Cadillac Escalade which made our adventure more enjoyable. He took us to so many wonderful places but was always making sure we were happy. We saw such awesome wild life including The Boss. What more can I say that this trip exceeded my expectations
