5.00Banff Journey was recommended to us by a friend — and they absolutely exceeded our expectations. Our trip to Banff was somewhat last-minute, and we weren’t entirely sure how to make the most of our time there. Our friend suggested we simply reach out to William, explain our situation, and let them handle the rest — and that was the best advice we could have received. William contacted us within minutes and thoughtfully suggested a customized itinerary that included both a private tour with him and a group tour with Edward. From the start, everything felt seamless and well-organized. They personally accommodated pick-ups and drop-offs on both days, which made the experience even more convenient and stress-free. Since we visited during the winter season, some locations were weather-dependent. When certain spots weren’t accessible, they took us to alternative “hidden gems” — and true to the name, they were absolute gems. We found ourselves surrounded by untouched snow, with no other tourists in sight. It felt incredibly special and made for breathtaking photos and videos. William went above and beyond by capturing beautiful photos and filming moments throughout our tour. Initially, I assumed it was for promotional purposes, but to our surprise, he created a personalized video for us — such a thoughtful and unforgettable touch. Throughout the experience, both William and Edward shared historical insights about the places we visited and guided us to the best photo opportunities at each stop. We even made spontaneous stops whenever wildlife appeared nearby, which made the tour feel flexible, personal, and immersive. We’re already planning to return in the summer — largely because of the wonderful experience they created for us. I highly recommend Banff Journey to anyone who wants to truly make the most of their time in Banff.

5.00We booked a private tour and couldn’t have asked for a better driver/guide! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely wonderful. Our guide Steven was professional, friendly, and so knowledgeable—he made the day both fun and informative. He tailored the tour perfectly to our group, making sure we saw all the highlights while also adding in special stops we would have never discovered on our own. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and we always felt safe and well cared for.
