Bran Castle (Dracula's Castle)

Because Dracula is what Romania is most known for abroad, you might be attracted to visit his castle, Bran Castle. Bram Stoker has chosen the Castle as Dracula’s house for his novel. Truth is that the real Dracula, Vlad the Impaler, was unlikely to have spent too much of his life here, if any time at all. Nevertheless, it is an astonishing place to visit with a fully equipped chamber of torture and a beautiful view of the internal courtyard and of the outside valley.

Peles Castle

Peles Castle, summer residence for the Romanian Royal Family, was built at the end of 19th century from the desire of King Carol I. It's artistic and historical value make it one of the most important European historical monuments of the late 19th century. Lunch can be served in Sinaia or upon arrival in Brasov, at one of the city's many restaurants with local and international cuisine.

Traian was our guide for the day and provided insights to each castle we visited. Thanks for a fun day and getting us through all the crazy traffic jams so we could enjoy each location.

Trian Rosu was absolutely the best. Professional. Smart. Informative. Patient. Kind. There’s not enough words to say what a wonderful, wonderful Guide he was. He was the best Guide I’ve ever had, and all my trips throughout Europe and Asia.
Traian is a great guide! Gorgeous part of the world with so much history and folklore.

We were in Brasov for 2 days and wanted to visit many attractions around Brasov, but with the public transportation we had no chance. We were so happy to find the guided tour from Traian! We found out so much about the beautiful castles around Brasov, and Traian is very knowledgeble and fun. We can only recommend Traian and his company to anyone looking for a true experience!
