  To be very clear- 5 stars for my driver Ms Tina- she was super friendly and got me everywhere I needed to be :) My rating is a reflection of the organization of the agency- having paid $200 USD I had way higher expectations for this day tour. Firstly, I was notified very late the night before that the Petronas Towers were unavailable. I think when charging guests so much and advertising this as part of the tour the company should already have tickets purchased in advance for the Petronas Towers so guests are not disappointed. (I saw tickets are only $8 so to have the company secure these ahead of bookings does not seem unreasonable when charging guests $200) My other recommendation would be to send guests a list of stops/sights available so they can adjust the agenda ahead of time. My guide brought me to 2 silk stores, a coffee store, a chocolate store- all overpriced and gimmicky- clearly giving kickbacks to the company if they could get me to buy something. This was a total waste of time and I wish I could have opted out of these stops and spent more time at a museum or market instead. Again, for the cost of the day, it should be more customizable for guests. We ended up ending the tour quite early because there were no more stops to see, but I had a full list of places I had wanted to check out I just felt uncomfortable trying to add them on last minute. Communication before the tour would alleviate this and ensure experience is truly customized. Lastly, it was a very hot day, even inside the car. I would recommend tinting the car windows and having cold water available for guests.

  The tour guide was very nice, we like him a lot. We enjoyed the tour and learned a lot. Kuala lumper is a interesting country, a lot of great food.

  This tour around Kuala Lumpur was great and the tour guide, Prabaz, was just fantastic. I would strongly recommend both.

  Will not use Aviator again. The Driver was poorly organised at time keeping and vehicle readiness. We missed out on a number of sites due to this .

  Great way to see alot of sites in one day. Our guide provided plenty of time to check out each one, and give us history and interesting information about them as well. Do this tour at the beginning of a trip to KL, then you can go back to any of the sites that you want to see more of.
