On this half-day private tour, you will discover The Hague and Delft. See the historical highlights of both cities together with a passionate private guide. A transfer between the cities is included.
During this tour, you step back in time and dive into the Dutch golden age. You'll see the differences (and similarities) between our political capital The Hague, and quaint old Delft. From palaces to parliament and from William of Orange to Johannes Vermeer: you'll see and hear it all.
You can do this tour both ways: starting in Delft or starting in The Hague. You can also choose to be picked up and dropped off somewhere else, like in Amsterdam. And remember: It is you who determines the pace of this tour.

Het Plein
You will start this tour in the middle of Plein in The Hague, right in the city center. There you will learn about the Father of the Fatherland, Willem van Oranje, and his role in the 80 years war: the Dutch revolt.
Binnenhof & Ridderzaal
You will walk onto the square within the parliament complex and see the Knight's Hall. Here our guide will tell you about the significance and history of this place. With some luck, you might see some of our ministers (or prime minister) walking by!

5.00We had a wonderful tour! Our guide was a young man from Italy who was studying international relations in The Hague, which was an interesting perspective. He went out of his way to show us exactly what we wanted to see. We took the tram from The Hague to Delft, and Delft was really worth seeing. Overall a great day.

5.00What a magical afternoon in the Netherlands exploring both The Hague and the charming town of Delft on our private walking tour with our delightful guide Joris. He really brought both cities to life and was most informative on all. 5.00Robin was an amazing guide! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and prepared to give a great tour of The Hague as well as Delft. Robin was great at adapting the tour to what I wanted to see and eat. I’m hoping he puts off an 8 to 5 office job as long as possible and continues showing people around these beautiful cities. Also hoping he adds a food tour because sitting with a beer and eating bitterballen (with mustard) was my favorite part!
