• 14:00 Excursion to Medeo & Shymbulak Medeo ice rink situated on the height of 1 691.2 meters above the sea level is known around the world. It was built in 1972. The surface of the ice occupies 1 0 500 square meters, which allows conducting competitions of skating, hockey and figure skating. Ski resort «Shymbulak» is situated in the picturesque ravine of Zailiysky Alatau Mountain on the height of 2260 meters above the sea level and in 25 kilometers from the center of the city of Almaty. At the height of 3163 meters above the sea level the elevators start their ways down. • Free time at the resort • 18:00 Transfer back to the city

5.00I am travelling with mother and my 4 years old nephew. The trip was very great and flexible with us. Mr.Miras who was our guide and driver. He is very generous to us especially with my nephew. My boy was very comfort with him around.
I would love to visit Almaty again — it was a beautiful and wonderful experience.

5.00The driver was extremely respectful, kind, and very helpful throughout the entire trip. He assisted us with everything we needed and stayed with us until the very last moment at the airport. Truly professional, reliable, and made our experience much more comfortable. Highly recommended.

5.00The whole tour was perfectly organised and we couldn’t have asked for much better than this. Our tour guide Mr. Miras was excellent! He is knowledgeable and very helpful. His expertise on planning a days trip is exceptional. In addition he was kind to help us shop, pick restaurants to eat the best food and also helping us with the language wherever needed. My family loved this entire trip and we would like to come again during summer!

5.00Amazing trip, well planned and executed well.. Esp Alibek, our tour guide cum driver who has extensive knowledge of the locations, their history and relevance. Besides, He managed to delight us with his photography skills and ad hoc requests to visit local market visit/souvenir shops.Well. recommended for anyone visiting Almaty trip to use their services!

5.00I spent 5D4N in Almaty and it was honestly one of the best trips I’ve ever had. The weather was amazing, the scenic views were breathtaking, and everything felt so peaceful. A huge shoutout to Mr. Miras, our tour guide seriously one of the best guides I’ve met. He’s incredibly helpful, very informative, and super flexible with the itinerary. He made the whole experience feel smooth, comfortable and personalised. If you’re planning to visit Almaty, I highly recommend booking your tour with him. You won’t regret it 10/10!

5.00I don't know if some information got lost in the translation but all in all we had a wonderful time. We were picked up on time and the before communication was really good and in English. In the car our driver told us that the hike would be around 5 hours one way and unfortunately we were not prepared for such an adventure. We eventually chanced plans and hiked to two beautiful waterfalls. Our guide was very nice and helpful, spoke good English and told us a lot about the Kazakh culture All in all I would totally recommend going on this trip as long as you are aware, that it is a 5 hour hike one way. And although we did not make it up to the very top, we had a great time!
