A small group guided tour from central Cardiff taking in the very best beaches & historical sites on the Gower peninsula, the first Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the UK.

You travel in a luxurious fully electric vehicle, limited to a maximum of 7 passengers with tour guide Andy who is a Mountain Leader and a Green Badged Tourist Guide.

Mumbles with its fine row of shops, harbour, small beaches and Victorian pier.

Three Cliffs Bay, home of adventure activity by the sea. We'll then visit Gower Heritage Centre for lunch and a guided tour of the 12th Century watermill.

Rhossili and Worms Head is a must with any trip to the Gower having to pull into this iconic spot.

Llanrhidian Common is farming Gower, with sheep, sheep and more sheep... Oh, and King Arthurs Stone.

Know Before You Go

1. This tour will take place rain or shine

2. There is a walk of 3km in total on our visit to Three Cliffs Bay

3. Andy may bring his dog with him. If this is an issue for you please let us know

Mumbles

First stop is Mumbles, a fine village with a finer seafront, a Victorian Pier and two rather lovely adjacent beaches.

Three Cliffs Bay

We'll walk to Three Cliff's Bay, crossing the stepping stones if tide out and enjoying the beach. A further walk to Pennard Castle can be included on a good day and with a willing group.

Andy collected us in the morning for our full day glorious adventure seeing the sights in Wales! Over 20,000 steps later we had a delightful walk and Italian hot chocolate, then to the three cliffs bay and Worms Head. Great views! Andy had a very playful journey planned for us and had a great deal of knowledge to share.
