They sent the guy to the wrong place to pick us up. A little stressful waiting and trying to find him. Driver was nice though and stopped and got us waters. They could improve communication

Great private transfer. Booked with this company for an round trip Santo Domingo airport (SDQ) to Punta Cana Resort. Felt very safe the entire time. Both drivers were excellent and the vans were very clean and AC was blowing great. Julio was very responsive to messaging and drivers were on time. Highly recommend.
