Once booked, confirmation email will be send. The day before service please contact us at 829-651-4208 to confirm your schedule pick up. The day of service please have your phone available as we will send a message upon your arrival to infirm you your driver is at the pick up location. We meet the traveler in the arrival hall, or at the hotel lobby. Driver will assist with luggage's and make the drive safe and comfortable as possible. If any stop needed along the way (restroom/ emergency) please inform the driver.

I was a bit disappointed that our driver arrived approximately 35–40 minutes late for the scheduled pick-up, reportedly due to traffic. Our confirmed time was 12:00 PM, so better contingency planning would have been appreciated. Fortunately, the pick-up was scheduled three hours ahead of our flight, which provided a buffer for airport check-in. On a positive note, the SUV was excellent—exactly what I would expect for an elite service—and the driver was courteous and professional. However, improved time management would help ensure that paying customers are not inconvenienced.

My husband and I availed the services of Jr Luxury Rd for 3 transfers around the Santo Domingo/Punta Cana region through April 2024. Each experience was extremely smooth, luxurious and very pleasant. Junior was excellent at communicating, adhering to his commitments, and was very helpful and considerate, keeping in minds our requirements, and his drivers were friendly and helpful too. He also went above and beyond to try and help on one particular day when our planned tour did not pick us up; Junior attempted to find a tour for us to join, just as a favor. Thankfully we were able to find one on our own though. Many thanks Junior. it was great ! Folks, please consider seriously for your requirements in Dominican Republic !
