You will be picked up by the driver at your hotel in the historic center of Antigua (barring any road closures or traffic detours). We will message you the day of travel with the driver's name and vehicle type. Plan for 1.5 hours travel time without traffic, but if you have a flight to catch, please budget 2 hours minimum to be safe!

They were incredibly friendly and courteous throughout the journey, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Communication was clear and prompt from the moment I booked until drop-off, so I always felt informed and reassured. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the ride itself was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations—I would definitely recommend this service and use it again!

5.00The driver was very careful and got us to Guatemala City in about an hour's time which was really great. The only thing I want to mention is that his car's air conditioner apparently was not working and we paid for a service where we expected that, especially since I am asthmatic and don't want to inhale fumes from other vehicles on the road. The ride however was comfortable enough.

5.00You can find some cheaper options but this service removes all the stress. They message you immediately after you book, then again an hour before to give you the name of the driver and confirm pick up. 10/10 private taxi service
