5.00Remy was excellent!! After a 4 hour flight delay he made our trip to the hotel fun. We appreciated him making a beer stop since it was late when we got here. He knew where to take us!! Thank you for a wonderful first experience in Aruba.

1.00The greeters are teenagers that unprofessional. They were dancing and giggling while one instructed me to wait outside. No designated area provided. The driver ran almost 25 min late.

5.00Great experience! They were waiting for my husband and I at the airport with a sign of our names so we could find them! The driver was very friendly and helped with our bags! He is a great diver, and answered all of our questions we had about the island! Very great experience I recommend them for your transportation needs!

2.00The driver was not inside the airport with a sign as we were told. I had to contact the venue to get the drivers number to call the driver. We were picked up late.

1.00Car was late arriving and with cab line should’ve done that instead of paying more for a reserved ride. Arrival agent was dismissive saying it was a busy day and a lot of flts. We were the only arrival at the time of our pick. Just bad as I got paid more and got less. Driver was fine but once he arrived.
