5.00Mahendra sent me a message with directions for our arrival the day before As we exited the terminal and followed his easy directions there he was!! He greeted us with a friendly smile and helped with our bags He was so very friendly welcoming kind and patient! He safely drove us to our hotel offering us helpful tips along the way

5.00Just a fantastic experience. Our flight was delayed from Sydney, I have sent a message to Sanjeev. When we arrived at Auckland, he was there waiting for us with a big welcoming smile. 5.00Our driver, Sanjeev was excellent. We had an issue with missing luggage which delayed us inside the airport for an extended period of time. He kept in contact with us throughout the ordeal and we appreciated his patience with our circumstances. He did an excellent job of getting us to our hotel smoothly and provided bottles of water for us.
