3.00Booked car ride from Airport in Panama. Said cancellation 24 hours in advance, when tried to cancel 32 hours in advance., site would not allow and phone reps said they could only contact vendor and ask for cancel. We did use service because we could not cancel.

2.00I wasn’t impressed with the fact that they said due to my flight delay the driver had to leave but they were sending another one, where’s the logic in that? I ended waiting at the airport for an additional hour. Next time I’ll take an Uber, which ended up being cheaper

1.00Not very good at all! There were only 2 buses in service and neither had head sets so the guide had to verbally explain the sites in different languages. We could barely understand and left the bus before reaching the end point.

2.00Terrible experience! Had to wait 20 minutes for our ride! There was a sign with my name, but no one was waiting and I had to ask another company who to speak with. Once they directed me, the coordinator was on the phone and told me to wait as he was busy. I would not recommend. Better to just schedule an uber! The driver was nice and friendly and that's why I gave 2 stars, but I would not book again!

2.00The car was clean and very comfortable, and the driver was waiting with my name, which I appreciated. However, our driver José was incredibly unhelpful and rude. When he asked where we were staying, I began showing him the full address on my phone and mentioned the hotel name. He repeatedly said “no it doesn't exist” and refused to look at the screen, huffing and insisting on telling me the area "is very big do I know that" even though the complete address was right in front of him. He gave us the impression he really wasn't interested. It was only when my partner held the phone up that he finally looked and realised the full address was clearly displayed. He than proceeded to huff once more and tell us the name. His attitude was unnecessary and quite shocking. I was genuinely taken aback by his behaviour. Unfortunately, he was a poor reflection of your business, and I won’t be using this service again.
The only thing was that I paid for a small car for two people and this one wasn't there.
